Mine (Draco x reader x Cedric)

Chapter Ten

THE NEXT DAY:

You wake up really early. Draco and Cedric were still asleep. You slowly got out of bed when you felt Draco's hand on your wrist trying to pull you back into the bed.

"Draco.. I have to go back to my dorm.. I'll see you later..", You whisper. 

You kiss him on the cheek and walk over to Cedric who was still sleeping. You kissed him on the forehead, you saw he smiled slightly and you slipped out of the room.

You tip toe up to your room and close the door quietly and slip into your bed with your cloths still on, not caring to change.

You couldn't fall asleep because all you could think about was Draco and Cedric. Soon you just decide to get up. You change into your robes and check the clock. Hermione was still asleep and you guys were going to be late for breakfast.

"Hermione wake up! We're going to miss breakfast.", You say shaking her.

"I'm up!", She says. She changes and you two run down to the great hall. 

When you get there you see Draco showing off the bandage on his arm to all the Slytherins. They were gasping at his arm. Finally you got close enough to hear what he was saying.

"I was lucky to make it out. Madame Pomfrey said I couldn't last another second.", He was showing his arm to then that was wrapped up.

"Dramatic.", You say, rolling your eyes. You then smack him in the back of his head with your book.

"OW! Y/N!", He yells. You ignore him and sit with the trio.

"You guys are late! Your never late! Well, except you Y/n, your always late.", Ron said shoving food into his mouth.

"Am not! Plus Hermione slept in not me.", You say proudly.

"That's a surprise...", Harry whispered to Ron.

"I heard that!", You yell hitting him with your book like you did to Draco.

"Ow! Jeez Y/n! That hurt!", Harry said rubbing his head.

"Suck it up Harry.", You say laughing.

After breakfast you four raced to potions. You beat them there and looked behind you. All of the sudden you ran into someone. A huge whiff of expensive cologne and mint hits you. You stubbled backwards, falling over.

"Watch where your going.", You hear someone say rudely. They turn and you see it's Draco.

"Omg. Y/n! I'm sorry.. I thought you were someone else.. Are you okay?", He says leaning over you slightly.

"Yea, I'm fine.", You say. He sticks his hand out and pulls you up. 

The trio finally caught up and the five of you went into the potions classroom. You and the trio took a seat towards the front and Draco went towards the back to sit with the Slytherins.

"Today we will be making a potion called ammorita. Anyone know what ammorita is?", Snape said, pointing to a small cauldron with pink bubbles floating from the top. Hermione hand shot up into air.

"Mrs. Granger..", Snape said in a grumpy tone.

"It's one of the most powerful love potions to exist. If you smell it you will smell what you are attracted too.. For example I smell.. new parchment, freshly mown grass, and spearmint toothpaste..", Hermione turned red and backed up a little.

"Correct. Today we will be brewing it. Turn to page 135 in your books.", Snape said.

You grabbed your stuff and started to make the potion. Hermione helped you a little and you finally finished. Soon every finished too.

"I will call everyone's name and you will smell your potion.", Snape said as he made his way back to his desk.  "Malfoy, you are up first."

Draco smelled his potion and turned slightly pink. 

"Uh.. I smell.. quidditch equipment, honey, and butterbeer...", Draco quickly put his head down.

"Very good.. Now your turn Y/l/n.", Snape said turning from Draco to you.

You smelled you potion and a few different smells hit you.

"Mint.. Expensive cologne.. hazelnut.. and cinnamon.", You felt your cheeks burn and looked away.

"Good job..", Snape said turning and calling other people names.

You knew that you smelled Draco and Cedric... Draco kept looking over at you but you pretend not to notice... 

After class you and the trio leave the room to head to Transfiguration when Draco stops you.

"Hey Y/n."

"Hey Draco.", You say continuing to walk with the trio.

"Can I talk to you?", He says catching up to you.

"Sure. I'll see you guys later.", You say waving to them.

Draco brings you to an empty corridor.

"So, you smelled expensive cologne and mint... I wonder who that is.", He said making a confused face.

"Oh shush Draco! I know you smelled honey..", you raised your eyebrows playfully.

"I did..",He said. He grabbed your waist and pulled you close you were inches away from each other before you slightly pushed him away.

"It's someone else isn't it..", He said sadly. "It's Diggory, isn't it.

You don't want to do anything but kiss him but you knew you liked Cedric too and you didn't want to hurt him.

"I- I have to go.. See you around...", Draco broke away from you and started to walk away.

All you wanted to do was run to him... but you couldn't... 

You slowly made your way to transfiguration... 

AFTER SCHOOL:

DRACO'S POV:

I ran into my dorm and slammed my door in rage. I threw my bag on my bed.  I pulled my journal from my desk drawer and started to write. I write whenever I feel I need to tell someone something.. I know that no one will see it which I'm fine with.. I like keeping my stuff private.

THE JOURNAL:

Y/n,

Why do you like Diggory so much?! Why can't I tell you how I feel about you.. Every time I go to tell you I panic.. Maybe we would be together if it weren't for Diggory. I think I'm in love with you...

Yes! I know they didn't learn about ammorita until 6th year and Prof. Slughorn showed them it or whatever but for the plot they learned it this year and it was Snape!!!!
