Lyrica POV:
Today was just another day Saturday to be exact and tonight Roman was coming over for dinner to meet my dad, and himself I'm scared. I looked at my phone at it was 12pm. Damn I really do be sleeping late. But besides the fact i prayed last night that everything goes smoothly like it should. I was laying down in my bed on Instagram liking pictures, I decided to post a boomerang on my story. After that my dad was knocking on the door.
"Babygirl". He said peeking his head through
"Yess dad". I said laying up
"What time is This friend of yours coming over tonight". He asked
"I told him like 8 pm" I said
"Okay well we should get ready and get some stuff we need to make". He said
"Okay well what do you have in mind". I said
"Umm how about lasagna bread sticks with salad something simple". He said
"Okay sound goods really". I said
"Okay get dressed I'll be waiting in the living room" my dad said
He left my room and I got up did my morning hygiene, before I got in the shower I put on my speaker to play music while I get ready. I got done doing my hygiene and went to my closet to find someone thing to wear and honestly I'm about to throw on some Nike sweatpants a graphic hoodie and some uggs boots. It was getting cold in much and my dad bought me a new coat so I grabbed my Snow White moose knuckles and laid it on the bed.
"Now what should I wear tonight". I said to myself
I looked through my closet and I didn't want to wear anything over the top but something cute so I laid out some Burberry jeans and the matching button down top. I looked in the mirror and threw my hair in a messy bun out in my cross chain and the chain with my moms, then sprayed some perfume and grabbed my bag and my coat.
"Dad I'm ready". I said running down the stairs
"Okay let's go we're taking your car or my car". I asked
"Umm my car". He said
We walked to the parking lot and I faced time roman and he answered in the third ring.
~Phone conversation~
"Heyy babe". He said
"Heyyy baby are you still coming tonight". I asked
"Sure what time". He said
"Like around 8:00". I said
"Okay baby no problem should I dress to impress or casual". He said
"Casual". I said smiling
"Okay baby's see you later tonight". He said
"Okay baby bye". I said smiling
~end of phone conversation ~
I ended the calling smiling and to see my dad looking at me.
"What" I said laughing
"You really like this boy don't you". He said
"Is it obvious". I asked
"Uhh yeah let's see if I like him". He said laughing
We pulled out the drive way and made our way to the super market.
~whole goods~
We found parking and I went to grab a basket and we headed inside. I went by the fruit and got me some bananas, strawberries, and blueberries.
