The police station. I feel like I've been here millions of times. But this time they finally had something.
"So we've seen this house that is in the middle of the forest. It's near a highway and we are planning to go check it out"
"Do you think she's in there?" I asked
"Well we haven't checked there and it's been abandoned for a long time so she could be there "
I nodded having my mom smile at me
"We're going to get her back we promise" said the police officer
ʏ/ɴs ᴘᴏᴠ
"Im going to the store ok princess" he said stroking my hair
"Ok" I said softly
"Ok" he smiled
He kissed my forehead going up the stairs. I wiped the kiss away mentally gagging.
He untied me a few weeks ago. Tbh idk how long I've been in here. It has to be at least 7 months. I looked down at my stomach feeling a kick on the side. I was surprised I still had my baby but I was grateful.
I let a tear go my cheek thinking about how their life is going to be. Full of yelling and abuse. I didn't want that for my baby. Not at all. I don't want my baby living in this environment nor growing up in it.
I thought of ways to escape but it was nearly imposible. There was a window but it was too high up. I wouldn't be able to reach it with my stomach.
I got up and looking around the room. There was a bathroom that was old and busted. There wasn't any Windows other than that one. I sighed going up the stairs to see the door locked. I'm never getting out of here.
ᴀʟᴇs ᴘᴏᴠ
"There he is" I said
I watched as Mattia walked out of the house with his keys in his hands. My hands bawled into fists and my jaw clenched.
"He's leaving" the detective said
We followed him at a slow pace. For about 10 minutes until he finally came to a stop.
"CVS?" I whispered
"We already know where he lives now we just have to see what he's buying" they told me
I looked at the confused but didn't question them.
I watched as he went down the aisles picking up random stuff. Once he reached the cash register he paid for it and left.
"Let's go"
We got out of the car going up to the cash register
"Hello we are a part of the police department and we are doing a case."
"What can I help you with?" She answered
"What did that last guy buy?"
"Um he bought some vitamins and stretch mark lotion for when people get pregnant"
My heart dropped
"Ok thank you young lady"
The two detectives started leaving while I stayed back
"Wait"
They stopped walking and came my way.
"What is it?"
"Stretch mark lotion?"
"Yeah it's to help with stretch marks on the belly when a person is pregnant"
'Pregnant?'
I thought
"Ok thank you"
They nodded and I started to walk out
"Do you think my sister is pregnant?" I asked them
"Yes. Your sister's pregnant"

"I'm home"
"I bought you some vitamins and this lotion I found"
I watched as he had a smile on his face. He seemed excited over having a baby. As much as I want to have the baby, I don't want it growing up here.
"Here I don't know how much you're suppose to put on."
He handed me the lotion and I just took it nodding.
"What is it for?"
"Stretch marks it helps with that. You don't have many but I got it just incase"
I looked down at the bootle pumping a little bit out.
"You want me to help?"
I shook my head
"Please let me help" he pouted
"Fine"
He sat down next me lifting up my shirt. He rubbed on the lotion making sure to spread it everywhere
"I felt a kick" he whispered
"Where?"
"Here" he put his hand on the left side of my stomach leaving it there for a few seconds
"There" he said
I felt two more kicks on my stomach. I turned to see Mattia smiling at me
"Do you have any names?" He asked me
"Not really. We don't know the gender of the baby"
"We'll come up with names. Girl and boy just in case"
" I like Alessio" I told him
"I like it too" he told me
We smiled at each other and I immediately got sparks again. Idk why but at this moment I didn't think of anybody else but Mattia. I still loved him and that was the problem.
