sorry this one is crappy lol I had no motivation anyways if you live in Australiaand you need someone to talk to but you can't get a therapist I suggest trying Kids Helpline. There is a web chat option if you can't call. The counsellors are really nice too. The waiting time can take a while but it's definitely worth it.
