The Phone Booth

Chapter 7

He pulled into his driveway, slowly so he wouldnt wake Ferne up. He got out and opened up her door, picked Ferne up from her seat. Ferne stirred, and woke up slowly in his arms. “So babe, how was your day?” Harry asked, walking Ferne up his stairs  bed. It was alittle past midnight, and they were exhausted. Ferne sighed, " Well today.. was amazing.. Wait!" Ferne said loudly. "What time is it!? She said questioningly. "Babe, calm down.. its basically midnight" Harry said quietly. "Well, my mum is probably soo worried! I HAVE to call her!" "Well it's only 8pm there so, we'll call when we get in.." Harry answered as he opened the front door. Zayn and his girlfriend Lyndsey, were sitting on his couch, watching tv. "Ahh! Mate decided to come home!" Zayn said laughing. Lyndsey gave him a dirty look. "Ahh yeah, we were out with Niall... and his girl." Harry said. "Awh! Niall has a girl of his own now?" Lyndsey asked, excitedly. "Yeah! Shes really nice!" Ferne anwsered. Harry took his coat off, and help Ferne, with hers, he took them and hung them up in the closet, and escorted Ferne to the living room with Zayn and Lyndsey. Harry went and got the phone for Ferne, Harry smiled as he passed it to her. Ferne typed in the number and called her mum. "Hello?" Ferne spoke into the phone. "Yes, mum it's me..!" "Yes, Im safe.." "I have shelter.. and yes there are people here that i trust!" Zayn and Harry started to chuckle, but Ferne gave them a dirty look to stop. "Yes.. They are on strike at the moment.. so thats out.. how bout i stay here with these guys, til the planes get up and running? Yes? Thanks mum.. Love you, Talk soon!" Ferne hung up, and smiled. Zayn, Lyndsey, and Harry were looking at Ferne questioningly.
