Chapter 8

"Who the Fuck are you?!" said a very angry Damian. Dang I'm in trouble.

"None of your business !, but just so you know he's a friend who is showing me around town today" wow where did that courage come from. Damian looked surprised at my response as well.

"sorry sir I'm Jason, Kathy's friend" said Jason trying to break the tension.

"Nice to meet you Jason --!" Said Damian in a sarcastic voice. " I'm Damian. Katherine's-"

"Guardian!" i blurted out before Damian could finish. Damian looked hurt?

" Oh, then that makes since of why you sir are upset I'm taking Kathy out. But don't worry she will be safe with me!" at the end Jason pulled me into a hug.

" Yea, so we will get going. See you later Damian" with that I pulled Jason out with me before Damian could react.

" Yeah, bye sir" said Jason very respectfully, after what Damian had done if I were Jason I wouldn't have said anything to him after, but I guess that's Jason's persona.

DPOV:

"I'm Damian Katherine's-"

"Guardian!" Said Kathy before I could finish that sentence. Why didn't she want him to know I was her Fiancee? Does she like that boy? And why do I feel hurt that she introduced me as her guardian? No! I can't fall for her. I promised my self I wouldn't. Not after her.

"Damian! Haha stop it!" She said giggling and that was the best thing i had ever heard. It was like music to my ears. We were currently in the park spending the last summer as boyfriend and girlfriend. Next year we would be married. That thought made me feel like the luckiest man alive.

"Fine but only because I'm exhausted"

"Damian?"

"Yeah?"

"I'm....I'm. I'm"

"What is it love you know you can tell me anything" i reassured her

"Yeah I know. Well I'm...pregnant"

"What?"

"I understand if you don't want it but i want to keep it"

"No. Why would you think I don't want it. This is the best thing that has ever happened to me"

"Really? So you're not mad?"

"No, love I love you and that baby growing inside of you we will have a happy family. Like you've always dreamed of"

"I love you to"

"How long are you?"

"3 Months" i smiled at that

That night on our way back home a drunk driver hit us. I lost my baby and the girl of my dreams in less than a second. The doctor's said she died instantly and the baby as well. I was a mess I was destroyed. My whole world came crashing down in 1 day. That day I promised myself to never again fall inlove.
