The first day of school had just finished; Robby had told Max and his friends he will make his own way home and to go without him. Robby knew Maya had to give an assessment to their biology teacher. He decided to wait for her outside the class.
"Hey Maya, can we go for a walk in the park and talk?" Robby asked Maya,
"Umm, sure why not?" Maya replied.
They had reached the park they walked around talking about their semester. Robby asked to go to the park because he knew there was a bench and a small part of the park which he wanted to go to. They had walked around for ages and finally reached the spot. Robby had bought ice-creams for them both. The bench was a special bench; it was a bench made for lovers, you could tell by this big arch made of flowers with a big red heart at the top formed by roses. They had both walked in along the path to the bench and sat down shyly. It was beautiful; the nice sun out bright with the birds humming above them.
"So, what did you want to talk about?" asked Maya,
"Err, okay let's do it," replied Robby,
"Do what?"
"Maya, do you want to be my girlfriend?" asked Robby,
"Aw, Robby! That's so sweet, I'd love to be your girlfriend" squealed Maya,
"Really?"
"Yes,"
Robby was actually happy, Maya was joyful. The two were now a couple, they both left holding hands and smiling. Robby dropped Maya home afterwards.
"Hey, before you go, would you like to go out to eat tomorrow?" asked Robby,
"What like a date?" quizzed Maya,
"Sure."
"Okay, how does 7 sound?" said Maya,
"Cool, I'll pick you up,"
"See you."
"Bye.!
Robby rushed on his phone and texted his best friend what happened; they were both joyous. Robby felt happy and decided not to tell her it was a dare.
"Hey, good morning, how are you?" Robby said the next day in school,
"Hey, I'm good what about you, can't wait for tonight," said Maya,
"Same, give me your number so I can call you," said Robby.
The couple exchanged numbers and straight away Robby saved it as Maya with a big pink heart. He felt attached to her but he wasn't sure if he liked her...
