"Baby you a dime, like an hour after nine, And that's the perfect time You know that's when I'm a slide I know you had to tell a lie just so you could come outside......"

Tremaine -

After the fiasco with Denise, I hadn't heard from Onika in a while and I couldn't lie and say I didn't miss having her around.

She was different from some of the women I'd mess around with before, and I know dudes always pulling that line but it was true.

Onika was classy, and she had her shit together most importantly. I wasn't going to say she was a breath of fresh air, that was corny as hell even though she was. When we went out she didn't even expect me to pay for her food or her drinks like most bitches.

I can go in the store with her and we can equally run it up not me buying her out, or her buying me out. She had her own bread and I had mine. I also loved her taste in fashion and how she put looks together. I let her dress me most of the time.

To top it off her sex was different too. When I fucked she fucked me back. She wasn't shame to ride the dick or slurp me up wherever, and when I say wherever, I mean wherever. This takes me back to when we first met. She was acting shy, definitely flirting and playing hard to get. In three months we were going dancing and roller skating, she'd spend the night at my crib, and when her nigga left I was at hers.

Sometimes I wondered why her dude be buggin all the time. Onika was an amazing woman, she had me wanting to plead my case on why she should be with me.

Since I couldn't get her ass off my mind I decided to pop up to her job. I wasn't the blow up your phone type of nigga,  I was the show and prove type. If I missed you, you'd definitely know it.

I went to edible arrangements and picked out some of her favorite; strawberries and pineapples with a bouquet of her favorite flowers. I hopped in my truck and drove off to her office. When I got off the elevator to her floor, all eyes were on me. I was dressed down in my red suit with the  loafers to match and a pair of black shades rested on my face.

I walked up to the hostess desk, and waited for the lady to get off the phone. "Hello handsome, how can I help you today," she says smiling.

"Hello ma'am, I'm here to see Ms. Maraj," I say with a smile.

"Okay give me a moment," she picks up the phone and pages her.

"Ms. Maraji, you have a very handsome guest here to see you and it's not Bryce," she says into the phone grinning. All I could do was shake my head and laugh.

"Down the hall, to the right,"

"Thank you,"
