A/N: yo I freaked out so much earlier because I accidentally unpublished my entire story and wattpad wouldnt let me re-publish it for like 30 minutes 👨‍🦲 anyways While I was waiting for wattpad to work again I made a new cover. I lowkey dont like it tho so I'll work on that later. Anyways heres the chapter you guys have been waiting for.

'Uhm...I thought this wasnt Petco-' with a blank look Chichi Shuffled her chair slightly from under the table. She was staring blankly until they felt a sudden weight on they're lap.

They did not know what it was, and she did not want to find out no matter how much they wanted too. Oh but can she control how much the author hasnt posted in awhile and because of the author escaping their writers block chains and now they're writing random things? No, No they cannot. She slowly set down the cup of coffee which might have been too sweet for their taste, and moved their chair back a bit. They look down at their lap and what do they see?

Oh nothing much, just a whole SPIDER on their lap. She was just sitting there, frozen in shock.

"Ayo what the fawk 😃"

Faster then Chrollo simping over kurapika They smacked the spider of in pure terror. Did they have a STD now? Do they have rabies or some sort of disease? Well not really other then being a simp but other then that nope.

"This is fine." It wasn't fine by the way, but choosing to ignore the whole ass spider that crawled all over them, She decided to go to the counter where the other employee was.

"So how does the resume look?" Chichi was hopeful that they would get accepted because they really needed that money. To pay back that old lady Azura and to be able to survive or maybe they could be a stripper, actually nevermind that would be too risky thinking about it.

They snapped out of their trance and played attention to the employee.

"Yeah the Resume look good, you dont have some things filled out here such as a name of address and your phone number?". The raven haired man set down the paper and cleaned the counter.

"Oh, I actually dont live anywhere yet since I..just moved here so I'm just looking for a job. I don't have enough money for a phone either." Chichi hoped that the blatant lie worked out for them since she really didnt want to get questioned any further. Luckily for them, the employee was just a literal background character so they believed her.

"Alright Chichi, it looks like you will be able to start tomorrow is possible. You can come in early at the morning, we dont have an official uniform so just come in with a black shirt and pants there should be aprons in the back you can use. Make sure you do come in early so I can show you how it works. Ah, and call me Abercrombie while we're at work. Calling be Aber works too."

"Okay, I'll get going now!". Chichi waved goodbye as They turned around and left through the door. You know after that you think it would be a rap for her right? They get home and then they go to sleep for work? Yeah no.

"That went well, oh wait what-"

Well that was a quick change, it looks like Chichi literally just got kidnapped. Like just now they just got grabbed and taken. How does that work? I wouldnt know I'm just the narrator. Anyways the settings changed, where are we we again..Oh now they're at this weird abandoned neighborhood that'll be taken down soon.

"Ss ow.." Chichi finally woke up, they're head was throbbing a bit as they sat up straight and tried rolled their shoulders. Keyword is tried, which you can clearly tell because it's underlined. Chichi was tied up meaning she can't move their shoulders or any part of arm to get out of the rope.

By the way everytime she tried to move it hurt, why? Because the rope happened to be really dry like sand paper and because of how thick it was it hurt when they rubbed their arm on it.

"You should stop doing that, you'll get more hurt then what I have planned." Who was that? That would be the lovely Miss Machi. Wow, after the author not posting for over two months right now Machi is going far huh.

"Uhm, so what's going on." Chichi is freaked out if you wanna know. Damn they're arm hurts so much right now, dang rope am I right.

"You where acting too suspicious at that cafè so if you dont mind I will be interrogating you a bit." Machi probably found Chichi a bit suspicious when they where stuttering and looking around everywhere.

"That was just because your really pretty.."

"Ok.." Great reply Chichi your doing great! Well now they're restricted and she's even more suspicious now.

"First of, Your going to tell me how you know my name."

"Oh shit."

Did you guys know that being tied upside down made your head hurt? Well if you didnt now you do, The interrogation only lasted about an hour. For about 9 minutes Machi got pissed and flipped a bit. Well not really, if Machi got mad Chichi would probably be dead.

"Your going to stay the night with me until morning so nobody gets suspicious."

Chichi was honestly surprised, isnt Machi out of character though? Wouldn't cannon Machi kill Chichi if they knew Machi's real identity? Well yes but this is a fanfiction and the protagonist dying at chapter 4 would be just sad and the fanfiction wouldnt even be that good since the build up was horrible.

"Okay but what about my things, I have to go to-"

"-work tomorrow, Yes I know and as I said I'll go drop you off to get ready. Dont be stupid and listen."

Wow that was mean, for this being a fanfiction I thought Machi would be like a flirty love interest.

Chichi nodded nervously again because they're life was already in shambles before the hunter x hunter world so Meeting her waifu was nerve wrecking.

"Damn lowkey wish she would have stepped on me 😔"
