It's a normal day for izuku. He woke up to the sound of birds chirping during the summer months. He layed their contemplating his choices not too long ago. Giving away all but 10% to Mirio. Almight's death caused by him saving civilians. And his choice to dump Ochako Uraraka.
Ochako Uraraka. A possessive Yandere with no empathy or sense of romantic right and wrong and social cues.... Yup. Right decision.
Almight died with a smile. He and a female civilian were both tied to a rope. The rope was tied around their necks. Izuku was so far away from the two of them that they didn't have enough time to do both without injury them further. If one of them was removed then the other would fall until the rope caught on a knot in the rope. The rope fed in between metal clamps just wide enough to prevent strangling but narrow enough to do so if one is removed. Like a hero would, izuku chose the civilian.
Enough reminiscing.
He got out of bed and stretched. 3 hours ago he had been doing his daily workout so he was already fresh via shower. He decided to do his oral routine before school.
Now he left his room and went to the elevator to get to the bathroom. On his way down he taste something. Blood. He shrugged it off and blamed it on mental trickery.
Ding!
The elevator opened and Izuku made his way to the bathroom. While walking he not only tasted blood, but he could feel it pooling in his mouth. H rushed to the bathroom and what he saw shocked him. His canines had spontaneously grown overnight with no warning or cause.
He spat the blood out, washed his mouth. Using his finger, he feeled around his newly grown teeth. He noticed the blood was from the growing of his teeth and not his gums. He prodded it with his tongue. They felt sharp and jaded with small ridges at the top.

"Oh no." He cursed. He tried closing his mouth. The fangs slid into place without issue. The ridges held them in place, fixated as if they were padlocks. "This is not good." Izuku mumbled. He opened his mouth and brushed his teeth like normal.
He'd always had denser and stronger teeth than normal. How do you think he still has them after all the Katsuki beatings? But this... This was different. Maybe it was a side effect. As
Izuku reached for the door handle he felt his upper left fang and upper right fang tingle. He stopped. Immediately after Kirishima opened the door. He shut his mouth and latched it.
"Hey Midobro. Left my towel." Izuku nodded and rushed out. Back in the safety of his room. He grabbed his personal quirk catalogue he used for his quirk.
I have developed extremely sharp canines, similar to that of Toga. The top one are about 30 millimetres and the bottom are most likely 15 millimetres.
They seem to come with some form of echolocation. Any major change in air pressure was detected and felt as a tingling sensation. Must test further.
Izuku shoved the book in his drawer and got dressed. Using OFA he zoomed off before anyone else could see him. In the classroom, he used a mirror to examine them even more. As if on command, his teeth would secret some form of acid. The acid had no effect on wood, flesh or ceramic. He placed some on the door knob. Bingo. It began to melt.
He went to his seat and sat down then sighed. "Midoriya-san, I'm glad to see you here early." Said Iida as he entered. Izuku nodded. Iida furrowed his brow but then ignored his feelings.
More and more students entered but izuku pretended to be asleep. In actuality he was testing his new found echolocation. He could feel their gait, their breath, even their heartbeat.
"Hey Deku!" Called a sickly sweet voice. Uraraka. His ex. Izuku ignored her, not wanting to show his teeth. "Wanna go on a date with me tomorrow?" She asked with a beaming smile. Izuku shook his head. "Please!!" She squealed. Izuku began snarling. "C'mon Deku. One date."
"No!" He jumped from his seat to his feet and stared at her. His voice was hoarse but his volume profound. Everyone stared at him in shock and fear.

"Ahhh." Izuku was about to say something when Iida said, " Midoriya, fake teeth are not allowed." "They're not fake. They're biological. They came out of nowhere." Izuku corrected.
"They look freaky." Mina said with disgust. Izuku frowned. "Ewwwww. Midoriya, that's hideous." Toru remarked. "What? It's not my fault. They just grew." Midoriya argued. He walked closer. They stepped back. Izuku suddenly felt a pit in his stomach.
More students came to investigate. Tetsutetsu ran in with quirk on. "What happened?" He asked.
Izuku's eyes became slits and his fangs leaked acid. His eyes shifted from normal to slitted. He was hungry. "Tetsutetsu!... Run." He said with all his willpower. Tetsutetsu became very afraid and began walking backwards.
Izuku lunged himself onto him and tried taking bites. "Ahhh. Get him off!" He cried. He deactivated his quirk to expose his bloodied shoulder. Izuku spat out his blood and his eyes became normal. "I'm sorry. I-I."
Everyone inside and outside were in awe of his monstrous behaviour. Todoroki froze izuku in a block of ice. "What the... Hey!" Izuku broke out without any issues. "Just stop. I need help." Izuku pleaded. Everyone began murmuring. Teachers came. "Sir! He attacked Tetsutetsu!" Exclaimed Monama. "I didn't mean too. I couldn't control myself. Please believe me!" Izuku shouted. They began pressing in slowly.
"Midoriya. Stay still." Midnight said calmly. Izuku had a tingling in his teeth. He felt multiple footsteps. Adult footsteps. "Why! So you can what? Lock me up?" Izuku said taking a step towards them. "Someone call the police!" Midnight shouted. "No! No police!" Shouted a dry voice. Aizawa.
"Sir... Help me." "Izuku, what happened?" "I... I... Don't know."
