Chapter 3

 London's P/V Italcis- thoughts

Well today's the big day..... I'm moving well more like being forced to move. I'm gonna miss Laurance and Cadenza so much. Uggggggggggh why do I have to leave all my friends here.

These were the only thoughts that lingered in my head as I dragged myself out of my bed for the last time. I walked down the cold wood stairs freezing my bare feet. As I walked into the hallway the door opened and my nightgown blew all around me. I turned to the door to see Laurance and Cadenza standing next to Ms. Mary.

"Laurance, Cadenza!" I shouted as they ran over and pulled me into a bear hug. "What are you doing here I have to leave soon."

"You didn't think we were going to not come say goodbye to our best friend before she leaves." Cadenza says slightly offended. I laugh at her face with small tears falling down from my eyes.

"T-t-thank" I say as more tears come but the smile on my face is also growing.

"What are friends for?" Cadenza says while looking at what I'm wearing. "You're not gonna wear that right."

"Of course not these are just my pj's, I just got up."

"Oh okay good because I have a surprise for you." she says bouncing up and down on her toes. "I was gonna give it to you yesterday but it wasn't done."

" What is it, oh please tell me."

"Come upstairs and I'll show you," she says grabbing a bag behind her. I follow her up the stairs while Laurance stays where he is looking utterly confused.

Small time skip

"Cadenza this is beautiful!" I say looking down at the teal blue dress she made for me. "How did you make this?"

"I've been taking sewing lessons from the seamstress in town and I asked her if she could help me make this for your birthday, we finished one day late but I'm glad I got it to you on time." She says while straightening her own dress and standing up a little taller.

"I still can't believe you did this, thank you so much."

"Your welcome we should probably go get you some breakfast before it's all gone." she says walking towards the door.

"Oh ya right." I say running after her. We walk down the stairs and find Laurance in the kitchen eating a banana. We walk over to him and when he sees me he dropped his banana and his jaw dropped.

"London y-you l-look a-amazing." he says, stuttering every word. He's been acting really weird around me lately. I wonder if he's okay.

"Thanks!?" I say slightly confused looking at his banana on the floor. "Anyways I'm hungry and I want some food." I break the silence and push past Laurance and grab a plate and pile some pancakes on my plate. We all sit down to talk, not mentioning once what's gonna happen. But all to soon I heard Ms. Mary call me,

"London its time to go, the carriage is here."

"Coming!" I shouted back.

"London we are gonna miss you," the siblings said in usion, well more like this (Laurance Italics- Cadenza normal) "London we will miss you I'm gonna miss you." but it was still sweet.

"LONDON!" Ms. Mary shouted breaking up the goodbyes. I hugged my friends goodbye and went out to the carriage. My small trunk of stuff was already loaded up in the back. I quickly jumped into the carriage and sat down. As the carriage was pulled away I could hear Laurance and Cadenza shouting goodbye as I waved back to them.
