The war went on, but more calmly this time. The Blood Clan had lost their Sub-Leader and their Commander, they were completely lost and no one knew what to do.

Meanwhile the Fire Clan had won two very important allies. Freddie and Paul knew all the strategies, weapons and how many warriors the Blood Clan had. This way they would for sure win the war.

Paul and Freddie were helping Jim and his Concilours to make a new strategy.

Paul:The best way to beat them is have a good defensive line. It doesn't even needs to be a line of warrior's, if you trick them into falling somewhere they will be confused and that way our attack will be more effective. Also, we can't simply jump in there and attack them like a bunch of crazy chickens. Let me train the army and we will win for sure.

Jim:Ok, and after we win the first battle what will we do?

Paul:They will be weak, if we kill or at least hurt some of their warriors they will back off so thats why we need to surprise them. They just have those warriors since all the others are too weak to fight, after that the best thing you could do is offer him a Peace Treaty with your requirements, no alliance no friendship, just peace.

Jim:Yea, that does make sense. How much time do we have?

Freddie:There's an attack planned in 1 week, we have to hurry up.

Jim:Ok. How do we start?

Paul:Get some volunteers and tell them to dig a hole about 4.5 meters deep around the base, then put leaves, dry herbs, wood, any thing that burn at the bottom and charge it with thin leaves. When they come they will fall on the hole and we will throw burning sticks there and it will burn everything, including who is inside.

Freddie:That... that sounds kinda excessive...

Paul:Only the warriors from the front line will be there, they are the strongest and the only who won't be afraid to kill our people. I don't like it either but i'm afraid it will be the only way to win...

Jim:But what about the ones who aren't in the hole?

Paul:Winnie will see that he is on a huge advantage and he will back off. They will be all lost and they will be just around 40, they will run to their base like chickens. As all the 40 left are weak, and the rest of the people is weaker, they won't attack us again and if you propose a Peace Treaty Winnie won't have another choice and he will have to sign it.

Freddie:Sounds reasonable, i guess...

Jim kissed Freddie's forehead softly to calm him down, even though Freddie wasn't weak he was sensitive like a little kid on the inside. He hated violence and Jim honestly couldn't even think about what Winnie made his boyfriend go through without wanting to cut that guy's head off. Now that he was here Jim would never let anything bad happen to him again.

Jim:This will be over soon, dear. I promise.

Freddie smiled slightly and snuggled under Jim's arm.

Jim:I will get the volunteers to do that hole thing. Paul, all the army people are out there - he said while pointing to a door - You can start when you want, the sooner the better.

Paul just nodded and went outside, Jim told all the Councilors to go get volunteers and then went with Freddie to get some too.

Just a couple of hours later they had enough volunteers, the strongest were in charge of digging, while the ones who weren't so physically strong went look for things to burn.

1 Week Later

The day had come, everyone was nervous but this had to work. It was their last chance. All the children, teenagers, old people or sick people were locked on their homes for their own safety while the young, healty, strong ones were outside.
