The Clans - Part 1 (English)

This is just the introduction chapter but i hope you like it! :)

A long time ago a young German Shepherd fell in love with a beautiful wolf from the forest. They bred and a small wolf-dog was born, but something went wrong. No one realized why, but the little wolf was also human. A creature with both animal and human instincts, who could transform into a wolf or a human. A hybrid.

His name was Roy. Because he was different from all the other wolves, the pack abandoned him. Roy had to survive alone for many many years until he found a small Clan. In this Clan he discovered that there were other hybrids like him. The Clan adopted him as their own.

There he met another Hybrid called Shira, with whom he fell in love. Shira was the Clan Leader and Roy quickly became the Sub-Leader thanks to his experience. Shira, however, had a partner, Jonathan.

Jonathan was Sub-Leader before Roy appeared and was very jealous of Shira's proximity to Roy. Shira and Roy started having an affair, until Shira got pregnant. When Jonathan discovered that the baby was not his, he attacked Roy, until he forced him to leave the Guild.
The little hybrid daughter of Shira and Roy was raised by Shira and Jonathan as if she was their daughter. Roy died shortly afterwards, lost in the forest.

Several generations later a small hybrid was born. It was given the name "Freddie". Freddie lived a normal childhood, learned to do the normal things of a wolf but also of a human. His first hunt with the Clan would be today, the day he turned 16 in human years.

He hunted along with his father, the leader, and other clan hybrids. In the middle of the hunt he went a little too far and lost himself. He looked everywhere but found no one, neither his father, nor his friends, nor his family. He was completely lost.

He searched for a long time but the weeks passed and he felt increasingly weak. One day he smelled another hybrid. He ran excitedly, hoping it was someone from his old Clan but it was just a little wolf. She was accompanied by an older hybrid.

Freddie approached slowly to avoid creating an alarm. The other hybrid quickly growled and became ready to attack when it smelled Freddie. Freddie turned into a human and spoke calmly to him.

Freddie: I-It's okay ... please, I'm just lost. It's been 5 weeks since I lost my clan, I'm starving. Please...

The hybrid growled slightly but then calmed down and sniffed Freddie.

Freddie was taken to this hybrid's Clan, but he didn't last long there. He continued to wander from Clan to Clan for years.

One day he was in his human form, near a river drinking water. He smelled a strange smell but just ignored it. A little later he heard a slight growl and turned around in alarm.

Freddie: Who's there ?! - he shouted

He got no answer until he heard rustling in the bushes. He jumped again and looked at it. His heart was racing. He saw a pair of red eyes glow in the dark and tried to walk away but it was too late, a big gray wolf with blood-red eyes leaped from the bushes and attacked him.

Freddie felt sharp teeth on his arm and screamed in pain. The wolf's claws sank into his abdomen and he could only scream louder. Another wolf appeared out of nowhere and leapt over the gray wolf.

The other wolf, a brown and strong wolf, quickly intimidated the predator and he whined out. The brown wolf turned to Freddie and Freddie flinched in fear, fearing the wolf would attack him.

Only now did he smell the hybrid odor. This brown wolf was also a hybrid.

Freddie couldn't take the agonizing pain anymore and passed out short after.
