Tempest Turned to face the front of Borg Tower. She took a deep breath and as she slowly let it out, took control of the wind around her. Commanding the breeze around the top of the tower, Slowly but surely, She took control of the wind further and further and further down the tower, Making sure it didn't damage anywhere but only surrounded the tower in an anti-clockwise circle. Slowly, she let the breeze get stronger until it was a full blown Tornado. She forced the breeze round and round the tower, It got stronger and stronger, Yet she was careful enough that the tower did not get harmed. Darkshade felt the breeze Trying to wipe him off the roof, He thought that it was just an effect of the Tornado. But In reality, Tempest had actually tried to wipe him off the face of the roof. But it hadn't worked.

The news had already started reporting, unaware that 'The Just' were in the tower. The just thought that the Tornado had formed on it's own.

"Nobody knows how or why this Tornado appeared, Or how it is only staying in one place." Gale Gossip explained to the camera. 

In several places across Ninjago, not just ninjago City, Thousands of seemingly normal people Smirked, Having heard that that was the signal. And it was there. This was there time They whipped weapons out of pockets, Boots and other parts of their clothing. Mostly Knives, others had nunchucks hidden in the back of their jackets. They attacked anyone around them, Not severely, But enough so that they knew that they were dangerous. And that they were really in charge here. Police precincts had several dangers of their own. With several of their officers being members of the Just. They had been living amongst them for longer than anyone would care to know. It wasn't long before they had taken the City.

The ninja had also seen the broadcast and Were wondering the same thing. Until A lightbulb ignited in Kai's Head, he had seen five mysterious motorcycles on his way home from grocery shopping.

"Tempest! She's the master of wind! This must be her doing!" He cried, getting the attention of the remaining three ninja besides himself, the samurai and their master.

"He's right." Cole exclaimed.

"And if Tempest's there, that means that the other's are their too."

"But how did they get in undetected?" Nya asked nobody in particular.

"I don't know. But it looks like their planning something big. And we'd better get over their and stop it." Kai said, determined.

"We should think of a plan before going into battle with them. They have both Jay and Lloyd on their side. Not to mention Scratch and Tempest. It is unwise to go in without a plan." Zane explained.

"Zane's Right. Going into a fight without a plan is nothing short of a deathwish." Master Wu told them.

"Okay then, Anyone got any ideas?"

"I'll be a distraction to everyone else, You go in and Shoot Lloyd with a sedative. Once we have him, we can try to get his Oni side to go away." Pixal volunteered her idea. 

"Sounds like a plan." Kai exclaimed as the other nodded in agreement.

"Good Luck Ninja, I have a feeling that This is a do-or-die situation." Master Wu exclaimed as the Ninja got in their vehicles and Pixal got into her mech. He watched the disappear into the distance.

Once they arrived at the tower and struggled to get through the wall of wind created by Tempest they were greeted by dark crystal doors in place of the glass one's that used to be there. Kai looked through the Crystal. Seeing the Guards lined up next to each other to create a passage from there to the elevator. But what stuck out the most was their pale green eyes.

"So, good news, bad news."

"Good news first." Cole interjected.

"The guards are okay, for the most part."
