A auburn haired boy with dark blue eyes and a scar on his right eyebrow, kept his attention out to the Dark Island. Currently, he was wearing a dark blue blazer with blue pants. His shirt underneath his suit was white. Lightning on the blazer for a little more style. As for his feet, blue shoes. His tan skin shined from the light of the open window.

The prince was in his room. Book cases lined most of the wall. A giant window in view of the Island and a grand piano that sat near the entrance of his room. The walls of his room were of blue. As well as black. His bedroom was in a different section of his room.

He was standing tall for his tailor to make accurate measurements for a suit for his coronation. His tailor was middle age but also very talented. He was wearing a suit himself, but it was brown. His tailor was called Dearth.

"Sleeve." Dearth said out loud. He was using a measuring tape. And he noticed that the prince was barely paying attention. So he gently pushed his cheek to face ahead. "Head." he measured his head next.

Dearth then sat down and took some notes and sketched as the prince's parents entered his room.

Beast who was also known as Cliff Gordon, walked in happily.

"How is it possible that you'll be crowned king next month?" As king, he was of course wearing a crown. A circular crown that sat atop his head. He was wearing a pair of glasses as his brown eyes looked to him.

But his clothes were somewhat similar to his son. A completely dark blue suit, closed. He had a white shirt underneath that was barely noticeable. But Black dress shoes.

He linked arms with his queen.

Queen Libby smiled. Her blonde hair and her dark blue eyes which her son got from her. But slightly brighter than his. She has a light skin toned.

She was wearing a light blue dress that ended at her knees. Blue heels with lightning on them for detail. Her blonde hair was up in a braid as for her crown, it was put firmly into her hair. Both crowns had similar jewels and crystals. And both of gold.

"You're just a baby." Cliff said. It had only felt like yesterday that their son was just born."

"He's turning 16, dear." Libby said happily too. She had un-linked arms from Cliff.

"Hey, pops." He said to his dad.

"16? That's far too young to be crowned king."

Libby joined his side.

"I didn't make a good decision until I was at least 42."

His wife scoffed, catching his attention. Cliff looked down at her. Their son watching them.

"You decided to marry me at the age of 28."

"It was either you or my agent."

Libby glared at him.

Their son chuckled.

"Kidding, kidding."

Both king and queen brining their attention back to their only son.

"Mum, dad, I've chosen my first official proclamation."

His parents looked at each other before looking back at him.

"I've decided that the children of the Dark Island should be given a chance. To live here in Ninjago."

They looked at him as if they were crazy but then his mother spoke up. "Carry on Jay"

Prince Jay made his way to the window of his bedroom.

"Every time I look out to the island, I feel like they have been abandoned." his back turned to them.

"The children of our sworn enemies living among us?"

Jay turned to them.

"We start out with a few at first, only the ones who need our help the most..."

Libby smiled. Her son had a kind heart and that was one of the reasons of why she was so proud of him. She nodded.

"...I've already chosen them."

"Have you?" Cliff asked. He took one step towards him.

Libby looks to Cliff. "I gave you a second chance."

Cliff stepped back and looked down to his wife.

"Who are their parents?"

Jay took another deep breath. He was doing this. He was really doing this.

"Lord Garmadon. Sensei Yang. the Overlord...."

His parents knew that there was one more person. And this could be the worst of them all.

"And Nadakhan."

Dearth gasped as he dropped his notes.

Cliff's voice raised. "Nadakhan?!"

Libby didn't say anything as she looked to him and to Jay.

"He is the worst villain in the land!"

Jay wanted him to hear him out. "Dad, just hear me out here!"

Cliff raised a hand. "I won't hear of it."

Dearth bowed quickly and left the room as the guards closed the doors.

"They are guilty of unspeakable crimes."

"Dad. Their children are innocent." Jay argued back at him. "Don't you think that they deserve a second shot at a normal life? Dad?" He had tried at least and was hoping that this could work out.

Cliff looked down and looked to Libby for some answers.

Libby nodded.

He brought his attention back to his son. His voice now calmer.

"I suppose that the children are innocent." Cliff turned around.

Libby smiled warmly to Jay. "Well, well done."

Then she turns to her husband. "Shall we?" She said before leaving with Cliff.

The king and queen leaves Jay alone.

Jay hopes for the best of their arrival and what the outcome would be because of this. He looked towards the Dark Island one more time before following after his parents.
