Mike opened the door and saw Ben leaning against the bed headboard looking quite depressed.

"Hey mate, what's wrong?" Mike asked with genuine concern.

"Nothing important." Ben responded.

Mike did not believe him. He knew his best friend too well to believe that lie.

"Hey, come on. Tell me what's wrong. I can help you." Mike told him as he sat himself next to Ben.

"It's just i haven't done anything useful this whole mission. I feel like a waste of space right now."

Mike frowned at his best friend and pulled him into a hug. Tears streamed down Ben's face as he held onto Mike.

"shh its okay.". Mike cooed and slowly lifted Ben's chin and made their lips meet.

Erica barged in and looked with horror into Ben's eyes. She ran at Mike with fire in her eyes and dropped him to the ground...

Ben looked at Erica in shock as he tried to cling onto Mike. He wasnt ready to give up his love for Mike already.

Erica tore Ben off of Mike and threw him onto the bed. She grabbed Mike by the ear and ran him out of the room... only to be stopped by Ben. "Not so fast" Ben said with determination.

Mike shouted desperately for Ben as Erica threw him onto the ground with no care. Ben threw himself onto the ground and shielded him from Erica. "DONT HURT MIKE!" He shouted with rage as Mike shook from fear behind him.

Erica looked right into Ben's eyes and quivered from how bad he wanted to be with Mike.

But Erica felt as if a part of her soul had been ripped out by Ben protecting him. She filled with rage and punched Mike in the stomach from a point where Ben couldn't guard.

"YOU SHOULD BE WITH ME" She yelled, tears streaming down her face, tearing Ben off of Mike

"YOU WOULDNT UNDERSTAND! I CANT CHOOSE!" said Ben as tears streamed on his face. He stood up and hugged mike as he looked back at erica.

Erica looked right into Ben's eyes and her soul crumbled. She collapsed onto the ground and started bawling. Ben glanced at Erica with tears still swelling his eyes and glanced back at Mike, groaning in pain.

this is the end cause I have zero inspiration to continue where the people who wrote this ( DABUSH1234556787 and Brooke) left off, so yea
sorry the really late update, I've been busy with family problems and haven't had the time, but I have a chapter that just needs to be edited, so that should be out in a few weeks if all goes well
