Did you know when someone dresses in something revealing, it's for them and not you?
People will dress however the fuck they want to. It's their body, their life, their style. No, they were not "asking for it". Clothes are not consensual, only a voice/some sort of signal in their eyes is. And what I mean by "signal in the eyes", I mean they give you the look. If you don't know what that is then you really need help.
