Isobel Williams, Isaac Williams, Sophia Davis, Lucas Smith, (Jax Smith), and Trevor Seda are members of the four Founding Families. Their ancestors founded the land and named it 'Lakesprings' back in the late 1800s. Most of the members of the Founding Families were and now members of Lakesprings town council. The Founding Families are very rich due to their ancestors taking over the land and keeping it. Principal (Brian) Coleman inherited Coleman Manor from his deceased father and family tree. Lakesprings is located on the outskirts of Idaho. The mayor of Lakesprings is Trevor Seda's father (Andrew Seda). Jake O'kelley is part of a very large group of new students from an ex rival school of Coleman Manor Academy called Oakland Academy Boarding School. Most of its ex students have joined Coleman Manor because of Oakland's dangerous fire accident.
