Chapter 4

Percy P. O. V.

We stood outside our apartment with all our stuff.

"You ready?" I asked Annabeth.

She nodded, and I whistled, loudly.

Annabeth gripped my hand, and I squeezed it.

Then Blackjack appeared over the horizon.

'Sup Boss.' He said.

"How many times do I have to tell you not to call me that!" I exclaimed.

'Sorry Boss.' he replied.

I rolled my eyes, and helped Annabeth on.

I got on in the back, and held Annabeth to make sure she doesn't fall.

"Come on Blackjack, to Camp Half-Blood!" I cried, and we flew away.

Annabeth P. O. V.

The ride was quick.

Thankfully.

I would've puked if we were on any longer.

Blackjack landed at Camp, then Percy helped me down.

"This way Ms. Chase." He smiled.

"Why thank you Mr. Jackson." I smiled in return.

"Blackjack, drop our stuff off in Cabin 3. We'll be there soon." Percy told the Pegasus.

He nickered in reply, and Percy rolled her eyes.

"Come on. We're going to the Big House." He said grabbing my hand.

"Okay." I smiled as we walked towards the Big House.

"So, does Annabeth has to stay in the Athena cabin?" Percy asked Chiron.

"Based on rules, yes. But she doesn't have to if she doesn't want to." Chiron answered.

Percy smiled at me.

"Thanks for clearing that up." Percy said.

Chiron nodded, and Percy dragged me out of the Big House.

"I'm gonna see my siblings, then I'll come back." I told my boyfriend.

He nodded and I kissed his cheek.

And I walked off.

I entered Cabin 6, and smiled.

My siblings were all in their bunk with a book to their face.

I sighed with a smile, and walked over to the library.

I knew there was a parenting book here somewhere....

Ahhhh! Found it!

"Hey Annabeth. Whatcha doing?" My little sister asked.

I turned to face her, and smiled.

"Just grabbing a book Mellie." I smiled sweetly.

"What book?" She asked her gray eyes searching mine.

"Ummm....." I stuttered.

She laughed, and smiled at me.

"Is it that hard to say the title? Just lemme see." She said very amused.

I sighed, and gave up, giving her the parenting book.

Her eyes widened, and she gasped.

"You mean....." She started saying.

"Shhhh! Don't tell anyone!" I cried.

Mellie smirked, and nodded.

"Okay." She said.

"Okay." I replied as I left the cabin.

Percy P. O. V.

I sat on my bed, and just looked at the picture of me and Annabeth back when we were 16.

I held her next to me with a huge smile on my face, and she was laughing.

I remember that day perfectly.

Tyson took the photo, and was having a little trouble with the camera.

Then Annabeth entered the cabin erasing my thoughts.

She was holding a book.

She then threw it on my lap.

"Read this." She smiled.

I looked at the cover, and realized it was a parenting book.

"Are you serious?" I asked amused.

Annabeth nodded, and I gawked at her.

"I'm ADHD! Do you expect me to read an entire book about having a kid?!" I cried.

Annabeth crossed her arms, and nodded.

I sighed inwardly, and stood dropping the book on my bed.

I moved closer to my girlfriend, and wrapped my arms around her waist.

"Not yet." I declared.

She rolled her eyes, then slowly started to smile.

She wrapped her arms around my neck, and pressed her lips to mine.

Annabeth finally broke away, and looked at me with her gray eyes.

"As much as I want to continue this, we can't." She sighed.

I moaned of aggravation, and kissed her once more.

Then the dining horn sounded.

"Shall we?" I asked.

"Let's shall." She replied, as we left my cabin.
