Chapter five

Authors Note; hi guys! I am so so sorry for the delay in this chapter! I've been swamped with college work. Just when you think you've it all done another lecture hands out another assessment! "insert annoyed face" anyway without further ado I give you;

Chapter Five- Going Going Gone....

Elliot and fin stayed by Olivia's bedside all night. Nick took Noah home with him since he already had experience with children, having little Zara. Amanda was at the station catching up on paper work and reading over Olivia's case file.

Malinda was called. She along with Olivia's nurse conducted a rape kit, while Olivia was still unconscious. With the consent of her emergency contact that is. Elliot. Detective Elliot Stabler. in all the years of knowing him Olivia never changed her contact. She's trusted him. he was all she had. Literally...

Her mother was Died.

Father completely out of the picture.

Simon was elsewhere

and well Olivia was alone. No blood relatives...the squad is her family. A tight, close family who looks after her and her little boy.

Olivia laid perfectly still in on the bed, wires from all directions covered her soft bruised skin. The doctor hadn't yet updated Elliott or Fin on her situation making the wait even more intense for her former partner.

Brian left in the early hours of the morning, he was helpless, agitated, and boy there was no way Elliot was going to give up his chair beside Olivia's bedside for him, pat him on the back and watch his Olivia be with someone other than himself. No. Stabler was here to support her just like he did when he was on the force.

Elliot reached for Olivia's hand being especially careful of her IV and kissed if softly holding it close to him.

(Elliott's POV)

"I love you Olivia" I whispered to myself. How could I let it come to this? How could I leave her with a bunch of new comers having seen this happen to so many people over the years. Not once did I imagine Liv being a target, unable to defend herself. This is not the Olivia Benson I know and love.

What happened?

I studied her face, her hair perfectly fixed behind her ears, her glowing skin fighting its way through the blistered bruises surrounding her eyes. Her beautiful eyes. The one's I fell madly in love with. Why would anyone want to hurt her?

The door opened...

"Hi Elliot nice to see you back here" She smiled "well the situation isn't great but yeah nice to see you too Melinda" I stood up and paced the room.

"He's just pissed Warner" fin rose from his chair.

"I just want answers. I know there's no case but Liv isn't safe anymore. The perp maybe dead but now this has hit the news, there's no saying whether some asshole will try the same thing" I could feel myself clenching my fists. I was 100% livid at Lewis's actions.

(Olivia's POV)

I could hear everything but I could barely move. My body felt so heavy it was a battle to try and lift just my finger. For once in my life I was helpless.

Sergeant Olivia Benson - Helpless.

"I ran the rape kit, she tested positive for semen. A significant amount of vaginal tearing but I can confirm She's pregnant. Around 2-3 weeks. I'll send the nurse in with more details. There's isn't much more for me to say other than Olivia is lucky to be alive. Call me Elliot as soon as she wakes" Melinda walked towards the door and left.

RAPE KIT...Positive for se-...No. oh god no.

I opened my eyes and coughed weakly

(Elliot's POV)

"Positive for semen" those fixated in my mind. Oh god Olivia

I turned around only to be greeted by those beautiful brown eyes.

"Liv! Oh Liv thank god you're awake! I am so sorry I let this happen to you. I left you in the hands of these idiots!" I looked up at fin who sniggered.

She squeezed my hand, I knew she was hurting but what could I do? I have to tell her she's pregnant.

I held her hand close to my chest. "Liv there's no easy way to say this but you.."

"Noah" she choked out, her voice dry and shaky as a look of worry filled her chocolate brown eyes.

"Oh I'll go update the Captain" Fin walked out the door leaving Olivia and Elliot alone.

"Baby he's okay. Noah is completely fine I promise. Noah's with Amaro they're having some guy time. Liv babe I just spoke to Warner and she said that you tested positive for...I'm sorry olivia, I'm so sorry you where assaulted.

"I know" her voice cracked as she held his hand tighter.

"Im here for you. Anything you need, I'm right here" I smiled slightly.

I bent down and kissed her soft, red rose tinted lips. Then it hit me, she was Brian's and not mine. I had to have her. She's all I ever think about. She's my world. My partner in crime. My women. I have to get her back. She needs me to protect her and beautiful little Noah.

(Olivia's POV)

He kissed me. I had longed for this moment for so long it almost didn't feel real. For him to just kiss me without me insinuating it. No one to stop us. No longer holding ourselves back from a love Thats always been there. He's my partner. My confidant. My other half. 

"I need you to stay calm and rest okay? I will do everything to sort this Liv I promise you that. Like we always said "I'd give you a kidney" he watched me, not shifting his eyes.

I'm pregnant. Pregnant with a rapists baby. A dead rapists baby.

Then it dawned on me, I'm in the same situation my mother was. I am my mother.

I closed my eyes.

Elliot is amazing, he's the most caring person I have ever met. I haven't seen him in just over 2 weeks and believe me those 2 weeks seemed like a lifetime. Since before me and Cassidy got together.

My eyes darted open as I scanned the room for Brian.

"Wh-where's Brian? Where's my supposed boyfriend?" Why was Elliot here and Brian not?

Im in darkest hour and he's nowhere to be seen.

"H-he doesn't care. Ell this was too much for him. I-I need to talk to him"

I laid back, my hand still close to Elliott's chest. "The same chest I haven't touched in just over 2 weeks..." she mouthed.

Extra long chapter since I haven't updated in a long time due to college.
