"Do the red and blue wire go together? No no it's the yellow one for sure. Oh nevermind. Maybe the green one? Wait there is no green one..."
Red wiped beads of sweat off of his forehead.
Behind him, brown paced back and forth nervously. He ran a hand through his spiky black hair, then clasped his hands together. All the while he eyed the vent a few feet away from Red.
So far he hadn't heard any unexplained noises, so maybe the black gooey thing wasn't in the vents anymore.
But if it wasn't in the vents....where was it?
Cyan was in storage.
She had to refill both of the engines. This was supposed to be Red's job, but after seeing him pop out of the vent in Navigation, she was sure he wasn't planing on doing it anytime soon.
She took off her helmet to push her red hair from her face, before lifting up the engine fuel and continuing her task.
Suddenly she saw a black shape shifting in her peripheral vision. When she turned around, black goo latched onto her face, before a red tongue stabbed her brain. The goo slithered inside her head.
She fell to the ground, dead. But only for a moment. She stood up and walked out of storage.

Apparently Purple was swiping her card backwards. And she had been doing this for quite a while until Black showed her how to do it properly.
Julie was nudging Black's leg, so he lifted her up and placed her on the Admin table.
Blue entered the room, eyes glued to their tablet.
"Hey Blueberry!" Purple chimed. "I told you not to call me that." He said in a monotone voice, still staring at his tablet.
"He loves me." Purple whispered to Black. Black face palmed
Julie picked up Purple's administration card and starting chewing on it.
"Uploading data Blue?" Black inquired. "Yeah. It's from the weapons room. It took a while to download the data because a curtain crewmate of ours jumped out of a vent and scared me half to death."
Black chuckled, completely oblivious to Purple fighting Julie to get her card back. "No not food! Not food!"
"Oh crap I almost forgot to set our course! Purple watch Julie."
Black left the room.
"Guess it's just you and me Baby Blue." Purple said in a sing-song voice, toying with her long dark violet hair. Blue set his tablet on the admin table and walked out. "He'll come around." Purple told Julie.
Julie slowly reached for Purple's admin card, which Purple slid away from her.
