Introduction

Dear Readers,
I would like to announce before you dig into this novel that I do not own any of the characters, locations, speech, music, or figures mentioned in it. I write about several real elements, but the story itself is of my creation and my imagination.
My story does not get every detail right. That being said, I have attempted to stay as accurate to actual dates as possible. Quarry Bank High School at the time John and Fiona attend it was, in actuality, an all-boys school; however, for the purpose of this novel I have imagined it as co-ed.
I get things wrong, I leave things out, I am by no means an expert (although I do know quite a bit). That being said, I invite you to tug on your leather jackets and jump on a bus with John and Fiona as we explore their world together.
