Aubrey's Pov
After a short flight, we landed in Vegas at 11:00 P.M that night. Our driver came and scooped us up at the airport and drove us to The Palms hotel. Suddenly no one was tired by the time we got up the villa, but that was to be expected. We were in Vegas so these next few days were going to be nothing but partying, drinking, and doing shit we'll want to forget. Hopefully, in the midst of that, I'll get a chance to fix what's been broken between me and Raven.
Most of us were already dressed and in the living room ready to go to dinner before we hit the clubs. I sat down in a chair and saw Chubbs and Tiana all hugged up on the couch. I shook my head and glanced over at Courtne arguing with Ryan, Niko, and OB about bringing women back to the hotel.
"Why can't we use the pool in your room?" Ryan asked. Our suite had a basketball court in it, but theirs had an outdoor pool that's enclosed by a glass wall and it lingers off the edge of the building giving you the perfect view of Vegas. The guys were trying to convince Courtne to let them bring a party back here, but she wasn't having it
"Because the "females" you attract don't know how to conduct themselves like ladies, so with that being said, they won't be in our room. Take them back to your suite." She argued back pointing her finger and rolling her neck. I shook my head. Normally I'd be in the mix too, but I wasn't worried about random women tonight; I only had one particular in mind.
"Alright boys and girls, let's start this celebration off right," OB shouted out walking into the living room holding a bottle of Moet. I looked around and noticed that Raven was nowhere in sight.
OB popped the cork and started filling glasses. While they were busy with that, I snuck off and went upstairs to her room. I tapped on the door but there was no answer, so I turned the knob and opened it. When I did, I got an eyeful that had me wanting to kick myself for what fucking up and losing her. I stood there watching Raven from the back wearing nothing but a black lace thong. "Damn," I muttered under my breath. She looked over her shoulder and saw me standing there. Her head tilted to the side lowering her phone from her ear. I realized I had been caught staring so I hurried up and back out of the room and closed the door behind me. "Shit." I cursed to myself in the hallway.
"You can come in. It's not like you haven't seen it before." I heard her say from the other side of the door.
I slowly opened it and walked inside seeing her step into her dress. "My bad, I just came up to tell you that we're getting ready to leave." She looked at me out the corner of her eye raising a perfect brow at me making me laugh. "Well, I did knock," I spoke in my defense. I was trying my best to behave myself and not look down the front of her dress that was cut low giving me a perfect view of her breasts from where I was standing.
"I didn't hear you, I was on the phone." She said as she placed her hand on my shoulder to balance herself as she stepped into her heels.
"Letting your boyfriend know I'm keeping my hands to myself?" I asked knowing that's who she was talking to.
Avoiding my question, Raven sucked her teeth and turned her back to me. "Shut up and help me with this zipper." She changed the subject knowing that I was right. I stared at her back for a moment letting my fingers trace down her spine until I got to the zipper and eased it up her back.
"Nice room." I flopped down on the huge circle bed, propping myself up on my elbow while watching her put her jewelry on. "It looks a hell of a lot better than mine."
"Watch this." Raven's voice was filled with excitement as she walked over to the bed to sit next to me, then leaned over and hit a button. The bed began to rotate and she stopped it when we were facing the window that gave us a view of the entire strip. "How cool is that?"
