As we got back on the train I refused to look at Draco who looked furious and kept a close eye on me. Pansy and I took our a seat across from him in the train car as she laid her head in my lap stretching out along the bench.

"He was cute wasn't he?" Pansy said smiling looking up at me

"Yeah he was, wasn't he" I said looking down at her moving her hair away from her face

"They were both so yummy" she moaned in a joking way

"We have to go back!" She said giving me puppy dog eyes

"Of cour-"

"No" Draco butted in

I looked up at him as he was gazing out the window. Pansy was still looking at me as she rolled her eyes waving him off.

"It's ok you can see him at school!" Pansy said smirking

"Cedric?" I asked confused because I've never seen him before

"Yeah! He's a hufflepuff dummy" she said

"No way!" I gasped

I could feel Draco's eyes on me as I was talking to Pansy. I wasn't exactly sure what he wanted from me considering he hadn't said anything the whole ride.

"Maybe you'll see him tonight and get some di-"

"Granger!" His voice shot at me

I looked up at him as he interrupted Pansy we were both looking at him as he seemed irritated with our conversation topic. He had a stern look on his face as he looked tense.

"No means no" he said

"I-"

"Don't listen to him he's just being a numb nut" Pansy said looking at me

The rest of the ride we talked about other places Pansy wanted to go shopping and what we were wearing for the game.

"You have to wear red" I insisted

"If you want Harry to notice you red is the color! Plus I know you'll look stunning" I told her

"But I hate red" Pansy said frowning

"It's like the worst color ever! Besides lipgloss" she added

"It's your choice" I said putting up my hands in surrender

"Fine" she palmed her face

"Then you have to wear green!" She pulled her hands away with a wide smile

"I can't I'm a Gryffindor"

"Umm I'm not wearing that hideous color unless you decide to wear it" she said crossing her arms over her chest

"Promise?" I said raising my eyebrow

"Pinky" she said lacing our pinky's

As the train stopped Pansy and I left giggling as she would shove me playfully while Draco watched us with a faint smile on his face.

I couldn't believe Pansy was actually my friend it was like the last thing in the world I expected. Although I was still unsure about the whole situation, we were having more fun than I've ever had. I also have never felt more empowered and free that I knew then I would chase this feeling for the rest of my life. Explain why I felt guilty though when I saw Harry and Ron sitting outside in the courtyard studying.

"Uhh I have to go" I quickly turned around

Pansy looked to where my gaze fell and grabbed my arm
