It was a beautiful spring day. The sun was shining, the birds were singing. It was just a great day. We cut to see a bedroom with posters adorning the walls. This is a teenager's room. The posters are from different anime and tokusatsu such as bleach, sword art online, and the majority of my hero academia, the rest are mainly different Kamen Rider shows such as drive, ryuki, den-o, ex-aid, zero-one, and wizard.
We see a boy lying down on the bed. He looks to be around 16 years old. He has messy dark brown hair that is almost black. He is wearing a Kamen Rider OOO's pajama shirt and my hero academia pajama pants.
Suddenly his alarm went off and scared him awake. He fell out of his bed and hit the floor with a thud. He groaned when he got up, a few bones cracking as he does so." I need to turn down that alarm. This is starting to get painful." he said. This is the hero of our story. His name is Dart Drusilla and today is the day his life changed forever.
He walked over to his alarm and turned it off." Well, might as well get ready for the day". The date was April 8, 2020. The world was currently in a massive pandemic because of Covid-19. For some reason, classes were canceled for the week (plot convenience) so dart could just relax and draw.
But first, he needed breakfast. So he went downstairs to eat. He lived in a two-story house with, him, his parents, and his little sister. His parents were currently at work and his little sister was asleep so he could just eat and get back to his room to draw without any interruptions.

Dart had rushed back up to his room to draw. You see Dart was a huge Kamen Rider fan. So much so that he created his own. He had dubbed this oc Kamen Rider Draconic named after the language of the dragons from Skyrim. His forms were all based on different types of dragons from myths and legends. His main form was based on the wyvern. With the powers of fire breath, and flight.
He was still working on the design of the helmet when a bright white light started emanating from the middle of his room. So bright that he had to close his eye as to not be blinded by it. When he opened his eyes again he was in a massive void-looking place. He looked around to try and figure out where he was.
The area was completely different than his bedroom the only thing that wasn't was his bed which he was still sitting on. When he looked forward again he saw five figures walking towards him. They seemed very familiar to Dart. When they were close enough so he could see their faces he instantly recognized them. They were Tsukasa Kadoya aka Kamen Rider Decade,
