Precious: a Seungmin fanfic [DISCONTINUED]

1:26am-On Call With Elizabeth

"I hate this. I hate this so so much." You complained as you wrote your final essay of the night over the history of Japan.

"Blah blah blah, history sucks," Your friend, Elizabeth, nags over the phone, "I finished mine yesterday, it was over New York and the events that happened there."

You roll your eyes, "Always have to brag, huh? I'm sorry I'm not as smart as you." You say in a sarcastic tone.

"It's okay," she reassures you as her tone immediately changes, "If you need any help throughout the night, I'm here."

You smile widely, "Okay, goodnight then!" You gave Elizabeth a little heart with your hands and hung up.

You sighed loudly as you start to wrap up your essay and get your stuff together to take a shower.

-A HOUR PASSES-

"Finally!" you exclaim as you finally turn in your essay.

After submitting that hell of an assignment, you eye your phone and notice some dm's and messages. Curiously, you check who's been messaging your social. Seungmin,  you say as a wide smile forms on your lips.

Seungmin has been a buddy of yours for YEARS now, since you were born basically. You both spend so much time together; lunch, PE, break, everything. You haven't spoken to him in a bit though because of your college classes (you decided to do your first two semesters of college during high school to get it over with faster) and all your extra work. He, sadly, is around 2 and 1/2 years older than you, so he is doing college in-person while you're up at 3am finishing all your work before winter break.

Winter break...

You were excited for it yet scared, you and your only friends (Seungmin and Elizabeth) usually hangout most of break, but you've all got lives now. To make it worse, it was your birthday month, December 21st, the worst day of the year. It's your birthday, how could you hate it? Well, it's dangerously close to Christmas so you never get to celebrate with family, just friends. You never got gifts either, you've always been told that you're going to get them on Christmas day but you never seem to.

Seungmin: Heyhey

Y/N: hey :)

Seungmin: Sorry we haven't talked much, college is STRESSFUL asf, I'm behind on so much

Y/N: It's okay don't worry. On a different topic, wyd on winter break?

Seungmin: Hanging with you! <33 why wouldn't I?

Y/N: Elizabeth said she was going to be busy I was just making sure I had a buddy to hangout with on my birthday :)

Seungmin: That's odd, she's always free. Has a boy snatched her up? ;)

Y/N: Honestly, maybe. She's been hanging out with Jisung alot recently ngl 

Seungmin: I was joking but dang okay. Lucky her lol Han's really sweet

Y/N: He's also popular

Seungmin: True he really is. EVERY girl wants him

Y/N: Yup, that's why I think she's dating him. She lost alot of popularity after leaving her last high school, so dating Han will DEFINITELY make everyone know her since Han rubs his favorite things in everyones faces lol

Seungmin: Am I popular? :,)

Y/N: Most definitely yes, you're too sweet not to be <33 

Seungmin: Don't you like Han?

Y/N: UHM LETS NOT BRING THAT UP

Seungmin: Why don't we make him jealous then?

Y/N: Wtf what do you mean
