Sams journal...the end of the world?

Part 1- The end, The beginning?

Heyyy so I'm in 8th grade and I thought it might be fun to start a book 😁
I might have grammar and spelling errors so please correct me. I'll try to publish 2 chapters per week but I have dance and homework so I'll try my best. Hope you enjoy

Dear journal, this morning i woke up to the sound of buildings collapsing and fire crackling. My city was under attack...The last standing city in the country. Oh hey there i forgot to introduce my self im Sam, im 15 years old, and well i forgot the most important thing. Well the world is ending. Yea you read that right.

So theirs another planet named Cozar, There inhabited by "Cozarians". My planets name is Sazar. Inhabited by "Sazarians". Both of the planets are really small, like compared to where u live, im guessing thats earth. Sazar is a little less then half the size.

They are brother planets. If it wasn't obvious we are like the younger brother. There planet is bigger they have stronger people better resources and better weapons. They've been at war with Sazar for about 10 years. Half of our population has been wiped out During this war. I was at the last fully standing city that anyone new of.

I forgot to say iv'e been traveling in a small group that we made up about 4 years ago. There's me-Sam, our dog- Callie (5), my friend- Michael (15), his little sister- Layla (10), and my little sister- Kayla (6) and her twin- Kyle (6).

Well as u can tell im very forget full. i forgot to mention...Our parents all died 5 years ago. Kayla and Kyle are to young to remember but me and Michel remember well...

it was a Monday morning at about 6 am when me and Michel would go to the park, my parents had just gotten me Callie a week ago. Layla was sitting with the twins in the basement. Both of our parents where sitting on the second floor where our table was eating breakfast. At about 6:30 the Cozarians crashed there ship a few blocks away from my house. It caused a huge quake to start making houses from all around fall to the ground, including mine. Layla was able to take the twins with her and escape through the emergency under ground exit we had been making sense we moved to this city. The exit was close enough to the park that they where able to meet up with us. Ever sense then we have been on the run, Moving from city to city. Trying to help defeat the Cozarians.

The same thing was happening to where we are right now. Is it the end or is it the beginning..?
