On a hot summer day Miles Fairchild was laying down in a patch of grass in his parents garden. It was his only happy place to escape all the misery. He heard Kate his nanny call him multiple times but ignored it.

He watched a few cars drive by the gate in the front of his garden. He wondered what it would feel like to be in love with someone. He was about to get up and walk inside until he saw this  beautiful girl walking past the gate.

She had a short wavy brown hair and light brown caramel eyes that anyone could melt into just looking into them. She noticed him staring and shot him a quick glance. Miles turned away quickly feeling like a weirdo which was odd even for him.

But then he thought to himself that he had to make that girl all his no matter what. Miles could not just let her walk away he would probably never see her again after that. He waited for her to walk by so he could secretly watch where she goes which made him feel like a stalker.

The girl walked all the way down the other side of the street and turned to this huge house and walked in. Miles felt happy for himself now he knew where she lived. He turned away to walk back to his house.

As soon as he opened the door to walk in Kate stopped him which made him get pissed off.

Then she softly pushed him to the side and said Miles where have you been?

He smirked to himself just thinking of the beautiful girl he had seen a couple of minutes before. Kate noticed the smirk on his face and her worried look turned into a confused look. She gave him  stern look and told him to go upstairs to his room since he wasn't telling her where he had been.

Miles laid on his bed thinking of how beautiful that girl was and how he wished she could be all his. He started to play his guitar drifting in to his own thoughts.

Y/n POV

I sat in my room thinking of how strange it was that that boy was staring at me. But to be honest he was kind of cute with those dark curls and little scattered freckles he had. I kept on thinking about that mysterious boy until I drifted off into my own sleep.
