Secret Admirer- Sunki ff || Book 1

1- INTRO

Ni-ki is very intimidating.....well that's what the students thinks. He's actually a softie but prefers to mask it, afraid of getting bullied.

Ni-ki is what everyone would label as  the ''bad boy" His intimidating aura, style and presence already showcases these features. 

Ni-ki has been popular ever since his early years in high school. It was not his intention to draw eyes to him. The real reason behind Ni-ki's appearance is a specific someone, his someone. No, he doesn't know their name and can barely remember what the mentioned looked like.

However, the captivating thing that had Ni-ki in a daze were those foxy eyes. Ni-ki is a lover of foxes. The said animal is viscious and sly but in Ni-ki's eyes, the fox is a cute and mysterious animal.

Ni-ki's current attire and personality is solely based on the one with the foxy eyes desire after overhearing his 'ideal type'. Ni-ki swore he will wait for that person, no matter how long it takes. 

Call him immature or foolish at the time butter the latter was firm on one day meeting his 'soulmate'

[FLASHBACK]

"HAHA you can't catch me!" Ni-ki stuck his tongue out making unintentional cute faces at his hyung.

"You little brat! Wait until I get my hands on you!" Heeseung said, chasing the younger around the school's picnic lawn.

Ni-ki was too focused on looking back at his hyung's amusing face, when he fell on someone, sending his glasses into mid air.

Groans and apologies were thrown at each other.

Ni-ki tried to sit up only to fall again, cursing his clumsiness. In search of his glasses his eyes met with the alluring chocolate brown  fox-like eyes.

''Gorgeous'' Ni-ki whispered under his breath

 For a moment he forgot where he was, only to be brought back to reality by a harsh slap on his arm.

" Yah! Are you gonna get off me?" the other complained.

"Ouch!" Ni-ki hissed at the light sting on his arm and quickly got off the other.

Ni-ki got up and left deciding to look for his glasses later. His mind couldn't stop replaying the image of those fox-like eyes.

Ni-ki spent weeks and even months trying to find that person again. He even spent all his time at the picnic lawn in high hopes of meeting this person only to be disappointed each time.

Although having failed many times he swore to never give up his search. Believing he would recognise that person when he sees them.

[END FLASHBACK]

Ni-ki indeed had everyone fawning over him including none other than the infamous Kim Sunoo.

Kim Sunoo, was an average student. His grades were acceptable, he had little friends and people rarely knew him but he liked it this way.

Sunoo doesn't like the attention of others or more like he doesn't need it. He believes that too much attention can affect a person's mental health as well as how they present themselves to others.

Despite his beliefs, Sunoo craved the attention of a certain "bad boy'. 

Yes you might have guessed it. Kim Sunoo has a big fat crush on Ni-ki. I mean who doesn't? 

He craved the bad boy's attention but would never dare do anything about it. Sunoo took into consideration the number of fans Ni-ki had and decided to just watch from afar hoping these feelings would die out. Another reason is that Sunoo doesn't want to get bullied nor attract attention as 'one of Ni-ki's fans'

And so observes the most expensive gifts and love letters given to Ni-ki everyday. Yes, the latter heart breaks everytime he sees Ni-ki flirting with others. It's almost as if his heart wants nothing  than to confess his undying love for the said boy.

But what can he do?

Just look.

He is and will never be nothing more than an onlooker. It hurts the older but he has to accept the fact that Ni-ki's way out of his league. Sunoo desired nothing more than to finish college and find a job in a Ni-ki-free zone area.

Sunoo has admired Ni-ki from afar ever since middle school. The older initially planned to move on but Ni-ki is just not letting  him. Firstly, he just so happened to apply for the same high school and college as Sunoo. Yes it would be nice to attend the same school as your crush but not for Sunoo who wants nothing more than to never see Ni-ki again.

These feelings for the bad boy made his life a living hell but there is nothing that Kim Sunoo can't handle right?
