A Love of Siblings

If you would have asked me three months ago I wouldn't even think it's possible. Right now it still feels unbelievable, considering the fact that I haven't even made a full change into anything yet. I just have the kind of feeling like there's something else that's preventing me to fully change like my brothers have already.

I've been thinking all day, walking around the pack, listening to everyone run around. Taking in every smell that wafts around me, watching how all the wolves, Cubs, and elders act. And then it came to me. The reason I didn't notice it before is the fact that I wasn't really aware of the fact that I was slowly changing but now I'm 100 percent positive that I'm right.

Sam has no idea that I know but then again I don't think she even does. And the only true way to find out is to talk to her parents who are never around. But if I think I'm right why hasn't my moms, Ju, or Jaxx said anything. I've been smelling it more and more on her lately. I could be completely wrong and it could just be because she is here all the time around the whole pack but her 16th birthday is literally a couple days away and she just might be a late bloomer.
I don't want to assume but maybe later when she comes back and see if my ma notices anything. She could have a masker to mask her scent I don't know. At this point I really think that Sam is a wolf. And her moving here heightened my changing time because she's my mate. And hers could have been slower because of how far she was away from me. I'll see what my ma says.

"Hey ma!?" I yell.

"Yes, Princess?"

"Could you do me a favor later when Sam gets here?"

"Yeah sure. What's up?"

"I need you to focus on just the smell of her ok, like really focus."

"What's this about you think she's been with someone else or something?"

"No ma, I'm tryna figure out if she's a wolf, she's been giving me that kind of vibe ever sense what happened at the party."

"You think your girlfriend is a wolf and she doesn't know about it."

"Exactly, like before I talked to her about our family she had no idea that our kind ever existed. What if her parents never told her or something. I'm just trying to make sense of some things here."

"Ok well if she is we need to have dinner with her parents. We can't just tell her without them."

"Yeah... I guess you're right."

"I am majority of the time. Alright so without saying if she is or not I'll tug on my ear for yes and scratch the top of my head for no."

"Alrighty. She should be here in about 15 minutes."

It felt like waiting for her to get here was forever but she finally did. I know she's been trying to get everything together with her parents but if she really was a wolf ma is going to want them here. Either it being to protection of the pack or to see if they're here to deceive us. I watched as Sam stood there as my mom circled us, and without hesitation she tugged on her ear.

"Sam dear, would it be possible to have dinner with your parents tonight?" Ma asked her.

"I could give them a call, the both didn't seem to busy tonight."

"OK, you just have been here for months now and I was really wondering when we were gonna meet your parents, and you know to have a talk with them. I assume they're aware that you and my daughter have been seeing each other."

"Oh yeah, although they always do get quiet when Jordan's around and end up leaving unexpectedly. Let me call them right now." she stepped outside to make the call, not like my ma couldn't listen in but my ma was always good about privacy. She came back inside. "Well, they said they'd be happy to come tonight."

"Well then I will prepare for extra at the table. You two go upstairs and I will call when your parents get here." My Mum said.

Sam and I walked upstairs and into my room.

"What was that about?" Sam asked.

"My mum and I have news to tell you but we thought it would be best if you heard it from your parents first."

"What would my parents know that you both do. They don't even acknowledge you when you're there."

"I'd say it's something important, Sam you're just going to have to trust me on this one okay."

"I trust you. I have since we met." I take her up to my room, and sit on the bed. "What's going on? Why are you so tense?"

"Do you feel drawn to me?" I ask.

"Of course I feel drawn to you. That first day I came to the school all I wanted to do was be around you."

"That's what I thought. Like two magnets being pulled together. C'mon I think my mom is calling for us."

We walk downstairs to see Sam's parents at the door. "Here let me take those for you." I put out my arms for their coats. They hand them over and I put them away in the closet. I bring them into the living room as I can still smell that mum is cooking dinner. "I'm gonna got set the table, and see if mum is almost done." 

I place plates, forks, and knives on the table. I walk into the kitchen, "How are they in there?" Mum asks.

"Well one I can smell wolf on them from a mile away now, but they're looking a little nervous."

"I smelt them from a mile away, princess. Alright let them know that dinner is served while I put everything on the table."

After getting them we all sit at the table and it's silent for a few moments. My mum is observing everything before she starts to speak. "We've gotten to meet your daughter a while ago, and honestly I'm surprised it took this long for all of us to meet. I'm Dawn, the Alpha, and this is my wife Silver my Luna. We are aware that you've met our daughter Jordan. We also have two sons Jupiter and Jaxx. We asked them to eat dinner with the rest of the pack since we had guests tonight." Sam's parents bowed their heads in respect.

"We didn't mean to impose on your territory. We moved simply moved for being kicked out of our pack." Sam's face was shocked. "I'm Bo, and my wife is Arijah."

"I just wondered why you both have decided to put a masking smell over your daughter?" mum asked.

"Well the reason we got kicked out of our old pack was because our Alpha wanted to marry Sam, she's only 15, hasn't turned yet and well clearly he wasn't her mate."

"So you did it to protect her without telling her she's a wolf."

"She had no signs of changing. and if she were to be a human we didn't want her exposed to our world. But it seems everything has changed since we moved here."

"Well I can tell you one thing that we already consider her as part of the pack. The only thing is how do I trust the both of you?"

"We'll do whatever is asked to stay here."

"In that case, in order for a rogue to join this pack they must move here, our builders will make you a new home. You both will be put in our training and In another 3 months time the elder's and all three of my children will decide if you can stay and become pack members. Another thing my wife as you can already tell is a vampire, all fangs that come and go are not to be harmed. Her coven is apart of our pack while they're here."

"I can't believe I'm a wolf." Sam says.

"Well not fully, you haven't changed yet."

"I just can't believe it there's a reason why I'm here, why I'm supposed to be with you."

A/N: I know I keep saying sorry for how long I haven't posted anything. I really am I've had a few deaths in the family one because of COVID, and then having some of my other family members who I'm super close with have COVID. Also my dog is pregnant so my wife and I are dealing with a lot. Also I have decided I'm going to make this series a Saga, so once I'm done with this one I will be writing one more book to finish out the series but before I finish this book I'm going to put up one chapter of another story I really want to write if it gets mad views or comments I'll write it before the third book.
