In this story, the class goes to the mall and you and izuku are wearing matching outfits. Everytime you mingle with him Ochaco tries to slide in
You have box braids in this and I don't feel like snagging a picture of it
I made a cute pose in my body length mirror, making a satisfied "hmm." I was going to hang out with a handful of our classmates today at the mall. I pulled a beanie with a cute puffball over my head.
Lipgloss, check.
Earrings, check.
Bracelet, check.
"Y/n! Get downstairs! Your little boyfriend's here!" I rolled my eyes, trying to force down the smile that crept its way onto my face.
"Coming!" Mom always had to emphasize that Izuku was my boyfriend. I did one last mirror check, and after I felt I couldn't be any prettier today, I grabbed my bag and phone and headed downstairs. Izuku and i had on wearing matching outfits for the day. We both wore white hoodies, light blue jeans, and I finally got him to wear something other than his red shoes. Matching white low hanging Air Force 1s. A lot of people probably think it's corny to match with your significant other, but I think it's cute.
As soon as I hit the final step, my dad had Izuku in another obviously forced conversation I had to rescue him from.
"Okay, dad, we're gonna go now," I interrupted while he was in the middle of telling one of his boring military stories. I linked my arm with Izuku's and pulled him towards the door.
"You better be back in here by 10 and any later I'm beating your-"
"Yes, mom I know! 10 o'clock!" And exited through the door before I got pressed out for having a nonexistent attitude.
"I don't think I'll ever get used to you parents." Izuku said with a soft laugh. I honestly felt bad every time he came over. My parents like to make him nervous and embarrass me. It's irking sometimes.
"Yeah, I know, I'm sorry they're in your face all the time. They really do like you, but they just don't what the words 'personal space' and 'privacy' mean."
"So, anyways, do you know what you wanna buy?" he asked me. I just shrugged. I didn't really think about until now.
"Naw. What about you?"
"Probably something to add to my room," he said. "Maybe some school supplies?"
"Izu, babe, it's the weekend and your worried about school supplies? You literally just bought some more pencils and erasers and junk last week."
"I know! But it never hurts to be prepared," he said and I just chuckled at him. Honestly, he was just adorable.
"Hey! There they are! Izuku! Y/n! Over here!" Mina waved the two of us down. "Look at that! They're matching!"
The group consisted of Shoto, Mina, Momo, Denki, Mineta, Toru, Kirishima, Jirou, Iida, & Ochako. We were all supposed to just hang out and look around. I had money on me, I just didn't have any idea what to buy. After we got with everyone in the group, we all decided to just walk around for a while until we stopped at a book store with a lot of other stuff inside and broke off inside.
Denki, Iida and Ochako broke off with us and followed us to where these stuffed animals were. Some were as big as a flatscreen, some of them were the size of a toddler's hand. But there was one that caught my eye.

She was so cute! I had to have her!
"Izu, look!" I said as I snatched the bunny up off the shelf. "I wanna get her! And I'm gonna name her....b/n(bunny's name)!
"Do you want me to pay for it? I have enough," he offered while I was in the midst of hugging the life out of B/n.
"No, that's fine, I can-"
Before I could finish my sentence, however, Ochako butted in.
"I have a bunny like that! It's purple and it's holding a blueberry though," she said with a slightly awkward expression.
"Oh, uh, that's cool," Izuku laughed nervously.
Great.
Now it was awkward.
I looked at her as she conversed with for a few seconds. When I moved in closer to Izuku, she decided to back off.
Ochako was a really sweet girl, she really was, but it was so weird and uncomfortable the way she butted herself into whatever it was Izu and I were doing. Obviously, you could tell that she still had a crush him. And I think she was also jealous of me, too.
We went to the counter and payed for b/n, and met up with everyone else. Mina had got a stuffed animal too, and Iida and Momo got nerd books.
Next stop was a shoe and clothing store. I couldn't afford anything with my current budget, but the two of us still looked around anyway. We noticed that the shoes we were wearing were up on the display.
"Hey, I think this is the store you guys got your clothes from!"
Aww shit.
"By the way, do you think that I could pull this off?"
She didn't specify who she was talking to, but I know she wasn't talking to me.
I huffed irritated. Izu must've picked up on my mood, cause at that moment he tried to end the conversation short.
It was like this ALL DAY. We stopped at the food court and she tried to slide in next to us when we all sat down to eat, there was this glass art store with stuff on display, and she pointed out that a green piece of glass reminded her of him, and I had had enough of it when she pointed out he "dropped and All Might keychain" when I swear she had bought it herself when we were at a superhero themed merch store.
We were circling back around to the front of the mall when I felt an eager tap on my shoulder. It was Mina.
"Hey, I noticed all that awkwardness going on between you guys back there. Want me to take her off your hands for a while?"
"Girl yes! Please, if you don't mind," I answered.
"Alright you two lovebirds, go....away!" She shoved us away from the group so we could have some free time to ourselves.
We walked in a comfy silence, arms linked together and B/n tucked under my free arm.
"Sorry about that, Y/n," he said finally.
"For what? You didn't do anything."
"It was just, really awkward today," he replied.
"It's fine, not our fault she's obsessed." I muttered the last part. I relaxed my head on his shoulder and sighed. "We finally get to have some alone time though."
"Hey, Y/n?"
"Yeah?"
"Wanna go get some ice cream?"
"You are speaking my damn language."
Bro I have so many au ideas for this damn book it's crazy
