❧ 𝑻𝑯𝑬 𝑺𝑼𝑵𝑳𝑰𝑮𝑯𝑻 nearly blinded you once your eyes fluttered open. You were still in a good mood from last night about your new room, it was so unbelievable that you were living in such a nice apartment and to make it even better, you're even living with your best friend.
A smile grew on your face as you looked over your nightstand to find your phone. You checked the time, only two hours left before your class starts, enough time to get yourself ready. Setting your phone back down on the nightstand, you got out of bed to head to your bathroom to get ready.
You did the basics, washing your face and brushing your teeth. Even though you preferred showering at night instead of in the morning, you decided to shower now since it'll be your first impression to your new class.

❧ After pulling up and buttoning your jeans, you strolled towards your suitcase that was in the corner of your room to pull out your black and white Jordan 1s to match with your outfit.
Walking and taking a seat at your vanity desk, you decided to do your makeup and hair last since you knew that it would take the longest. You first brushed out your eyebrows and applied the eyebrow liner onto it. Then, applied eyeliner and mascara and finally applied lip liner and lip gloss.
You smacked and puckered your lips in the mirror, "Purrrrr," you giggled to yourself. Finally, it was time for your hair. You didn't do much but fluff your kinky curls just a bit. You picked your hair out with your fingers until it looked the way you wanted it too look like. By finishing up your look, you put on silver hoop earrings and a silver necklace your mom gave gifted you.
"Alright!!!" you clapped excitedly as you got up and grabbed your bag that already had all the supplies that you'll need for class. Walking out of your room, you bumped into Hakeem who was heading out of his room.
