It was a usual day in Saint Carolania's preschool. The teacher with long ginger hair was sitting on his chair. He turned around to look at the door, when his children, his students walked in. ''Good morning everyone!'' The teacher smiled warmly, as always. ''Good morning, Teacher Maxwell!'' The class said back. ''Today we are making snowflakes.'' Maxwell smiled and took scissors from his drawer, as the class assistant walked in with white silk paper. Maxwell gave everyone scissors, while his assistant Ora shared the paper, helping kids fold it.
At some point, Ora walked out to get some more, when Maxwell turned to look at the chalkboard. He was humming softly. Then he got a very weird visual in his mind. He heard a disgusting sound and turned around. He screamed at what he saw. There was blood everywhere. On the desks, on the floor, on the white silk paper. Every single one of his students... Had stuck their scissors into their eyes, and were bleeding...Ora walked back to the class and screamed.
''Maxwell what happened?!'' The woman asked. ''I-I don't know!'' Maxwell panicked, staring at his children, unable to turn his gaze away. He had loved his students... They were like his own children to him. Ora called to emergency number...
As the paramedics and police officers arrived, Maxwell gave his statement and he was found not guilty since there was security footage showing the incident.
Ora drove Maxwell to his house. During the car ride, he was quiet, just playing with his ridiculously long hair. ''Don't worry. We will get to the bottom of this.'' She promised. ''Thank you for the car ride.'' Maxwell said and got out, taking his bag. Ora nodded and drove away. Maxwell walked into his house and sighed. He leaned to the door silently.
He walked to the kitchen, trying to eat, but couldn't eat a single bite. He closed his eyes, reliving what had happened. He had gotten a vision during that time. A vision of what would happen. He had just let it be. It wasn't the first time he had gotten visions like that. Visions of him controlling people like marionettes. But he hadn't ever believed them. Now... It had just happened. Maxwell didn't think for long, as he was already walking towards his shed and took some rope from there. He walked to the forest and with teary eyes, he tied a noose. He was just thinking about his old mother. What would she think? But now it didn't matter. He couldn't keep living. He hung himself...
He woke up the next morning from his bed. He panted, looking around. ''Was it... A nightmare?'' He mumbled and walked to the living room, turning on the TV. He stared at the news about mass death in preschool and tears rose to his eyes. He heard a voice from behind him and his mind went: What if...? and he felt a heavy pressure on his fingers. He turned around, moving his fingers a bit, seeing the man move like a marionette puppet.
''I see you have awakened.'' The man said calmly.''What are you doing in my apartment?!'' Maxwell asked, staring at the man. ''You have a peculiar power, Maxwell Grales. I want you into my circus.'' The man spoke. ''What? I don't even know who you are!'' Maxwell said. ''I am Yama. The ringleader of Hellish heavenly circus.'' He said. ''The name doesn't call out for me...' Maxwell said. Yama kept trying to get Maxwell to join in, but each time Maxwell refused.A few moments later Yama could move on his own again. ''How about your mother?'' Yama grinned creepily. ''I can cure her cancer if you join.'' ''How do you know about my mother?!'' Maxwell asked. ''I know a lot of things.'' Yama said. ''... Very well. Heal my mother.'' Maxwell said. ''Only if you join. And stop going to the church. You are one of the sinners now.'' Yama grinned. ''Very well...' Maxwell said and joined the circus. He took a new name. Marteerio. Marionette Puppeteer.
His mother's cancer was healed, and they secretly kept in contact behind Yama's back, but Maxwell was unable to meet his mother. He randomly did send her half of his paycheck. His mind would randomly go off control and kill another child. For each child he had killed, he wears a heart in his outfit.
