Izuku is a late bloomer his quirks manifested at the age of 14 because of anger.
He stopped going to middle school.
He is scared using his first quirk because he can't properly use it. So he first practiced his 2nd quirk for 1 and half years and practiced mind control for 1 month but he notices something changing to him so he stops.
After training he became a villain.
Information about Izuku's Quirk:
1st: Mind Control/brainwash
When he touches a person's forehead he can manipulate and alter memories like giving fake memories changing it. Mind control can also change the feelings of the targeted person. It's like a mind control... Yeah i don't know how to explain it but yeah it's mind control quirk.
Everytime he uses this quirk he will become addicted on dominating woman. (he would be the master in Master-Slave relationship)
2nd Quirk: Spider
I just added this for the story.
So basically this quirk is like spiderman, can shoot
Webs, climb like a spider, enhanced senses, etc.
