'Alrighty guys, we have two bestfriends, who will be singing a duet tonight, let's give them a round of applause,' Jorge said as he motioned Olivia and Rickie up to the stage with a bright smile. Olivia took a deep breath as she made her way up the stairs behind Rickie. Jorge handled the pair a microphone as he gave them both a soft smile, 'you guys got this.'
Olivia smiled at Jorge, thankful for this kind comment, as she made her way to the stand on the left side of the stage. Olivia looked towards the table with her friends, as she saw they clapping and screaming with wide smiles on their faces. She locked eyes with Charlie, who had mouthed 'you got this' to Olivia, which caused her to chuckle softly.
'Hi, im Rickie and that is Olivia, and we will be singing a song by the Arctic Monkeys. I hope you guys enjoy,' Rickie said with a smile as he looked over to Olivia, who had her hand behind her back, playing with her rings. Olivia looked over at Rickie, who looked at her waiting to make sure she was ready. Olivia took a deep breath as she looked at Jorge and nodded her head, signaling him to press play. Jorge smiled as he pressed play and gave the pair a thumbs up, encouraging them.
The music started playing filling the bar with the sounds of drums being played as the crowed cheered at the song that was playing. Olivia looked over at Rickie, who sent her a quick smile before turning forwarded and placed his hands on the microphone and stand as his lips parted, letting his vocals flow.

Rickie glanced at Olivia, waiting for her to sing with him, which only was answered with Olivia shaking her head, in protest. Rickie continued singing the next verse as Olivia felt her heart start racing in fear.
Yes, she sang her and there, but she never really sang in front of a crowed. She had gotten so used to singing in her room, or in the car with her friends, basically she only sang when she was with someone she trusted. So that's why Rickie had suggested karaoke to be part of their bucket list, Rickie knew that Olivia was scared of singing in public, and he wanted her to show off her talent.
Olivia took a deep breath as she pulled herself back to reality, as she looked over at Charlie, who had a slight frowned formed on his lips. Charlie mouthed something encouraging at her which caused her to smile goofy. Olivia saw Charlie send a thumbs up towards the girls way, and with in seconds, Olivia felt her heart go back to a normal pace.
Olivia glanced over at Rickie as she took a few steps closer to the microphone as she took a deep breath, closing her eyes shut. Olivia opened her eyes, seeing Rickie smile at the girl who started parting her lips,
