"Daddy, where are you taking me" cried 4 year old (y/n) being tugged by her father dragging her on a ship
"Take her to the glaciers" He said dropping his daughter on the wooden ship
"Daddy, don't leave me" She cried out
"You're no daughter of mine, you're one of them" He said bitterly turning and leaving as the boat set sail.
**Time Skip**
(Y/n) cried as the ship docked. She was suddenly yanked up and thrown of the ship which started returning.
"No don't leave me" (y/n) called out on deaf ears. She dropped her head sobbing
"Who's out there" came a female voice.
(Y/n) looked up with fright at a great black dragon in front of her "please don't hurt me" She cried her violet eyes wide
"Don't be silly child why would I hurt you? You're no threat to me" the dragon purred
(Y/n) smiled trying to get up but falling again from the cold. The dragon walked over to her and picked up (y/n) by her shirt collar carrying her back to the nest.
**Time Skip**
"Momma, what's that?" Questioned a 2 year old night fury.
The mother dragon put down (y/n) "your new sister Shear" She said smiling
"Really thank you, thank you mother." The little girl said with a grin
Her new mother looked her over finally asking what had been bothering her since she found the little child "deary why did they leave you, they surely knew you would die on your own"
(Y/n) looked down slowly taking off her cloak to reveal two black dragon wings with a tail to match.
"You got wings like mine" Shear said walking around her new sister
"Child what is your name?" Mother said
"(Y/n)" She said
"Well (y/n) I will take care of you" She smiled at her new half human half night fury daughter
**Time Skip**
"Mother, mother you'll be fine." A now 15 year old (y/n) cried holding down her mother's side trying to stop the bleeding.
"No (y/n) it's too late. Go get you little sister take care of her. I love you" the great black night fury breathed laying her head down.
"Nooooooo. I will mother promise" (y/n) cried running into the cave to get her sister as she heard the vikings coming closer who shot her mother down.
A/N just to make it clear this is my first how to train your dragon fanfiction. This will take place after the second movie. I know that you most likely don't have violet eyes but it's part of an important part of the story later on so yeah.
