The walk to Harry's house felt like forever. His house felt so far, but it was only a block away. When I approached his door step, I knocked on the door quietly.
The door opened in a flash and Gemma welcomed me in a bone crushing hug.
"Rose!! It feels like it's been so long! I've missed you! You never keep me up to date with anything! I had just found out right now that you're dating my brother!"
Oh lord.
The fact that she was so excited that Harry and I were "dating" was kinda sad because, well, it wasn't true.
"Come on in! Harry's just upstairs trying to finish getting ready. You can go up there if you want to!" she said excitedly.
I walked up the stairs extremely slow. Why was Harry taking so long getting ready? I knocked on his door and he answered just then.
"Hey, you actually came. I kinda thought you'd bail or something." he sounded somewhat nervous talking to me.
"I had nothing better to do and I wanted to make your mom happy. And now your sister is happy also..."
I knew this couldn't go on forever. What if somehow the whole school found out that we were "dating" ?! That would not be good.
"Oh, yeah, sorry about that... Uhm could you help me, erm, put on my tie. Im having some troubles..."
I took the tie from his hands and wrapped it around his neck. I tied the tie and looked up at him.
I never noticed how gorgeous his eyes were. Emerald green eyes were locked with my blue eyes. It almost felt like I couldn't move.
Our heads were just a centimeter apart. I wanted to kiss him so bad. Just as we were about to, Gemma walked in.
"Hey guys dinners almo- oh my! Sorry to interrupt you guys! Wow, erm, I'll just go now."
Gemma left the room and we fell into an awkward silence.
"We should probably head downstairs." I said as I headed for the door.
"Yeah. Is it okay if I put my arm around you? Since my mom thinks we're dating?"
I don't know why he asked. He could've just done it and I wouldn't have complained.
"Yeah that's fine." I took out my phone and realized that I had no texts from Unknown today.
Strange.
We were walking down his stairs and he slipped his arm around my waist. This felt so good.
So... right?
I don't even know what I'm talking about. I don't like Harry. Right?
"Oh you guys are so cute!! Let me get a picture!!" Anne said with almost too much excitement.
Harry still had his arm around me and we smiled. Im pretty sure Anne took like a million photos.
Dinner was very good. Tons of laughs and story telling. This night was just pretty amazing. I'm glad I actually came.
"Rose and I are going to go upstairs and watch some films for a little." Harry said.
I got up, put my dishes in the sink, and went back to Harry.
"Thank you for dinner and for having me over Anne and Robin." I said with a smile. They are all too kind.
"No problem sweetie! You're welcomed here whenever you'd like!"
Harry and I went up stairs and I quickly changed into some spare clothes I had here. Harry and I used to always have sleepovers and I guess the clothes I left here still fit me.
I walked back in with Harry laying down on the bed with Paranormal Activity playing.
"No Harry we are not watching a scary movie." I said sounding petrified.
"Yes we are I love these movies."
"No"
"Yes"
"No"
"Yes"
"Fine."
The whole time I was hiding my self in either the comforter or Harrys shirt.
After the movie was over, Harry turned on Mean Girls and I eventually had sleep take over me.
