Her heart was racing as she made her way down to the auditorium about a minute later. It was either the nervousness of singing, or the pregnancy affecting her stomach. Either way, she would do this duet.
"Are you guys ready?" Rachel asked, as Jane nodded and took a breath. "I'm ready, for sure," she spoke softly, calming herself down.
Mason sat down next to Jane and smiled with support.
The music started and she closed her eyes as she began singing. Right as it got to the chorus, they finally blinked open and she looked at Mason with a shy smile. Yep, those are definitely butterflies.
Mason couldn't up but notice the beauty of Jane...ok he had a little crush on her...but he can't be the only one can he?
How weird was it that a girl like her, a pregnant one at that, had a crush on a cheerleader? Answer; very very weird! I mean, Jane could notice that there were many girls who totally had a crush on Mason, she was just a shadow behind them.
Mason had this urge to kiss her. He hadn't felt this way since well, ever.
After the duet, everyone had clapped then all of a sudden he kissed her!
