You're (Not) Having My Baby

"You're what?" Mason said shocked. He wasn't disappointed-at least not fully-but he was shocked. He didn't see her like that.

"I'm pregnant, ok!" Yep, there go the hormones. God, another perk of pregnancy. Fabulous, here comes the awkward.

Mason hugs Jane real tight. "It's going to be ok."

She slowly felt herself relax and closed her eyes. "You say that, but considering the father left me after we did it, I highly doubt that."

Mason just looked at her. "You'll figure things out...you're smart."

"How am I supposed to handle nine months by myself while trying to hide from everyone? I'm smart, but not that smart!" Jane sighed softly, placing her hands on her stomach.

"Find someone who'll help you out."

"You're the only one I've told so far."

"I'm sure someone will help you...you got some friends, right?"

"Only you, Madison, and Roderick. Remember? I'm pretty much one of the new girls. Oh, and don't even say my family either, I'd prefer not to be shamed." she shrugged and pulled her bag out. "Look, I'll see you later, ok?" Walking off, the girl started humming a song to herself and bit her lip.

"What about our duet?"

Turning back, a small thought ran through her mind. "Fine. Only because we'd been working on it for so long." 'Also that I really like you' her inner thoughts said.

That was very true. The duet that they would do sort of increased her feelings towards him. Since the day they started talking, her heart would race. Although Jane tried to deny it at first, it was no use. The feelings kept growing and growing until realization struck.

"Cool, I'll meet you there!" He goes to the auditorium.
