Murder

Draco's POV

I didn't sleep much that night.

 I hate to admit it but i was scared when I woke up she'd be gone. Its selfish of me but I just felt so safe with her in my arms. 

Blaise didn't come back so I assumed he was staying the night in Mia's room. So for the night it was just me and her. I hated what she went through. It made my blood boil every time I thought of him standing over her.

I looked down at the broken girl before me. Her blond hair fell and wisped around my arm that she was laying on top of. It had been asleep for an hour but i didn't mind.

 I didn't dare move it because I didnt want to wake her. 

I didn't know what was going to happen after the morning came but i knew it was going to be extremely hard for her. I tried to not think about what would've happened if i didnt show up. I clenched my jaw hard at the thought of kelce taking advantage of her. 

She doesn't deserve any of this. 

I looked at the clock and it was a quarter till 4. I am so happy we don't have classes tomorrow so she can at least have a day to recover. Even though recovery is going to take longer than that it's still something. I want to be here for her all the time.

 I never want her to feel alone or unsafe ever again.

My thought cleared as she shifted under my arm. She was now turned and laying on my chest. She has shimmied right up close to me. 

"She's going to be okay... she's strong I know it" I thought to myself as i was looking at her.

My eyes slowly began to fall. 

But it wasn't long before they shot open. This time it was 8:05. I knew breakfast had started and Zabini would be back soon. 

I slowly peeled her from my chest and gently set her down. I had slept in my uniform so all i did was tie my tie and then i headed out the door.

I walked to find Zabini. 

I headed to the dining hall and there he was sitting with Mia of course. 

"Ayeee! Malfoy!" he said to me with a grin on his face.

"Morning" I said back giving him a nod. I made sure to keep my hands covered. they were still bruised and bloody from last night.

"Hey have you seen Heather?" Mia asked me as i sat down. 

"She slept in my bed and i slept in Zabini's, since you guys were ya know..." i gave Mia and Blaise a smile while raising my eyebrows. "Stay out of the room all day Blaise, she's very hungover" I said.

Mia rolled her eyes and Zabini giggled and nodded his head. 

"Right well Mia i have a question" I said to her.
