It was not until next week that Beth came accross this dreadful word. It was a Tuesday and Beth had just returned from school telling her mother about her experience like she always did. Beth's father called her mother about and whispered something in her ears. As soon as he did so her smiling face filled with joy turned into an expression of sorrow and devastation.Then he left."Are you ok Mom?"called Beth. She ignored her words completely for a moment and then called out,"I need to talk to you sweetie." Calling Beth close she said,"We are leaving tomorrow." "Where Mom?" she cried. "Your father has a transfer to NYC." "Really? Will I never meet my friends again?"she said. "Not until next year sweetie." replied her mother. Tears started to well up in her eyes. She tried to hold it back with her eyelashes but the broke the fence and ran out..Her mother comforted her however from inside she was broken too..Beth went to her room and with tears in her eyes started packing her bag..The first and foremost thing she took with her was a album titled"Friendship is not words,but only meanings". It was filled with pictures of her with her bffs Hayden,Frannie and Lisa.. The day passed away as quick as breeze..It was quite late..Beth went to bed happy as well as sad as she would miss her friends really badly...
