Chapter 4:
IAN's P.O.V
While looking out of the window a few minutes I checked Joy on my side, when I checked she fell asleep and suddenly leaned on my side and a tint of blush just flushed on my cheeks. The truth? Yes. I loved her and she doesn't know it yet, but someday she will realize it sooner.
I still remember our promise we made when we were kids, and how we first met, and how I fell in love with her since then.
*FLASHBACK* (Middle School)
It all started on the first day of school, all I know was we will be having a new student joining our class. As for me I didn't catch up to the teacher introducing the new student cuz' I was late. So on and the usual boring lectures the teacher have discussed then the bell rang and it's recess time.
I finished eating lunch, then went straight to the hallway to my locker then suddenly I see a girl surrounded by jocks picking on her as I suddenly watched her being pushed to the ground then suddenly I had to take action.
IAN: UI! Anong ginagawa nyo?! Pabayaan nyo nga sya!!!!
Jock 1: Ikaw ! Wag kang mangelam!!!!
Jock 2: Oo nga, lumayas ka nga!!!!
IAN: Sabi ko HAYAAN NYO SYA!!!!!
Jock 3: ABA! Ang angas netoh noh?!
Jock 1: Baka gusto nya ng SUNTOK!!!
Suddenly the jocks grabbed me by the collar about to punched in the face, but that's not gonna when his fist is about to take impact to my face I suddenly grabbed his fist and twisted it to his back and pushed him.
Jock 2: Tara na nga nagsasayang lang tayo ng oras!!!!
Jock 1: BADTRIP!!!!
Now that those jocks are finally gone and I decided to help out the girl. I offered her my hand so she could get up.
IAN: Ok ka lang?
???: ...............oo.......*she took my hand so she could get up*
IAN: Wag kang magalala, they won't bother you anymore.
???: salamat ah........
IAN: walang anuman........oo nga pala anong pangalan mo?
???: Brianna, Brianna Joyce.
IAN: Brian, Brian Dela Cruz, pero IAN ang tawag mo nalang sa kin. JOY. ^_^
???: JOY?
IAN: OO JOY ang nick name ko sayo. ^_^
and that's how our friendship begins........with the girl I fell in love with
