Okay, so there are some major inconsistencies in the Harry Potter universe that I feel obligated to mention.

So we all know that there are bathrooms in Hogwarts - where else would you go?- but when do the students go? Do they need to go during class? If so, are there hall passes for them to go during class? What about after curfew when they are in their dorms? Are there bathrooms in the dorms? Are there showers in the dorms, or are those connected to the mysterious bathrooms outside the dorms? Really, in the books and movies, the only reason anyone ever goes to the bathroom is to cry, make potions, and enter the Chamber of Secrets. What's that all about? Also, why do only the prefects get baths? Do they have to take turns? Do they all just have a big orgy together when bathing? It's a pool sized bath- do they have pool parties?

Another thing. Obviously food exists in Harry Potter. But where do they get it? Is there just some sort of wizarding grocery store? Are there wizarding farms? Do the house elves just snap their fingers, and take food from muggle grocery stores? I'm just trying to imagine a pureblood shopping for groceries. Also grocery shopping for Hogwarts- where there are hundreds of children and like a dozen staff members- has got to be wild. Especially with the basic transfiguration rule that you can't transfigure food out of random crap. Also, back to wizarding farms, isn't that hilarious? Like, a special spell to milk cows. 😆

So this was part of my rant today.

This is the other part.

I'm honestly surprised that Harry didn't end up just like Tom. Harry was raised in an abusive home -which by all means should've made him mad at muggles in general- and he never had any friends before Hogwarts. Tom lived in an abusive orphanage, and never had any friends. he found solace in the fact that he was better than them as a wizard, but Harry never did that. Did he feel that he was trash? (also he was a dumb fuck for not picking up a letter off the ground) Harry should've felt more angry at the Dursleys. But maybe he wasn't as angry as Tom was, because Dumbledore didn't act repulsed upon seeing him? And he didn't grow up in an orphanage around WWII? the only reason Tom became the sick gross thing he was was because he was scared of dying. Was Harry being good only a result of the era he grew up in?

So many questions.

Whatever Enjoy, I guess
