While yes deku was still a villain Y/N had actually joined him in his work her being know as the blue eyed devil. The reasoning behind the name being how sweet she was to attract her victim.

Y/N was at a bar dressed in short shorts and and tight fitting tank top her tattoo covered by a wrap on her arm she was waiting for someone, deku was across the bar watching with a beer in his hand when a man with beach blond hair who was dressed nicely walked over and sat next to her. That was him the target. She smiled sweetly at him setting the plan in motion.

Y/N had him now in the apartment her and deku had rented, she pushed him onto the couch sitting on his lap while slowly reaching under the couch cushion pulling out a gun while he was focused on the kisses she was placing on his neck to notice. She pulls out the gun placing it against his head "Say night night~" she whispered before pulling the trigger blowing his brains out deku watching from the corner in the shadows. Deku: "Your getting better love~" he purred walking over to her kissing her. They walked out dropping a match on the gasoline they had poured onto the floor the room going up in flames.
