How can a single red string-bound two human hearts together?
Their worlds collided, but it didn't stop to collide again. As if fate was playing a cruel trick... Like a magician pulling out fragrant flowers, only to set them on fire. The train rumbled through the tunnel and for a split second, time slowed down. Their eyes met and an unknown emotion sparked between them; it was as if the air became light. The atmosphere had a weird sentiment.
"What was their name again?"
When time returned back to its original pace, the trains sped past each other. Before both came to their senses they began to push and shove- trying to get to the bustling platform. Trying to find each other once again.
Sprinting, shifting, sprinting, shifting again. They finally confront one another. The longing feeling that they tried their best to shove down, resurfaced. Slowly making eye contact, then realizing that it was imprudence. Apologies exchanged and feet turned. However, an alluring emotion drew them both back together. Staring deep into one another's eyes, searching for answers that they so longed for before. Then, they snapped out of their trance. Politely asking for one another's numbers, and left with an unsettling feeling deep within. They both turn around once again. Enunciating the 5 words that have been taunting them for years,
"What- What was your name again?"
