Steves hidden pain

BTW everyone in the story are mates like Bucky and Tony are ok with each other and they are mates now- Tony forgave him...

At the Avengers Compound
*Cough* *Cough*
"Uhhhh,"
Steve got out of bed, his body aching.
Jarvis's AI voice entered his ears
"Mr Rogers , your temperature is very high and you seem to be in pain,"
"Yh I totally didn't know that!" Steve slowly muttered
"Would you like me to alert the team?"The AI asked
"No they have a Enough on their plate right now"
He said
"As you wish sir" Jarvis replied, a small sound of sadness could be heard in the remark.

Suddenly everything went black...

2 hours passed

Steve lay collapsed on the cold, hard floor

Meanwhile -
Nat walked into the living room to join the others
"Hey Nat" - Tony said
"Hey stark " - Nat sarcastically replied
Everyone in the room broke into laughter
"What??" The two said in unison
"Nothing" the others replied
"Hey wait Were is Steve?" Wanda worriedly asked " we haven't seen him since yesterday and it's like 3pm, he should be here."
"Hey Jarvis were is Cap?" Bucky asked
The AI replied- the tone of gratefulness CLEARLY heard "he is in his room, but you have to help him, he has a high temperature and is in pain, he asked me not to tell u but didn't say i couldn't if u asked"
"1 that logic is helpful, 2 were on our way! Get the med bay ready" Clint shouted as they all ran out the room up the open, quartz stairway to the second floor, they dashed through the corridor to Steve's penthouse(they all had penthouses), they ran to his room to find him led on the floor, having a seizure.

"STEVE!!!!" They all shouted, rolling him onto his side, when the seizure stopped they lifted him up and ran across the floor to the Medbay (which luckily  was on the same floor)

The next day

Steve's eyes flickered open slightly, his whole body in pain...
He groaned....
A hand touched his shoulder
"Hey spangles" a familiar voice said

Tony's voice

Then followed by a female stroking his hair humming a Russian song.

Natasha

His eyes finally fully opened
——
"Hi...... he managed to slowly say- it sounded like a mumble
" what happened, are you ok, are you in pain?" Tony asked friendly
"I got hurt last mission, I didn't want you to know. I'm never meant to be the one on trouble." He muttered so only Nat and Tony could just about hear.
"Yeah me to!" Tony said" me, Nat and you are so similar in the fact we are stubborn. but if u don't want to tell the others just tell us and we will help! Tony said
"Ok" Steve said
"Promise?" Nat asked
"Promise" Steve said
"Tonyyyyyy ...." Nat said sternly
They both looked at him
"Fine, Promise"
They all smiled....
