SUN-HI {BTS 8TH MEMBER}

flinch!

"welcome back! ladies and gentlemen, i am joined by jin, jhope, suga, jimin, sun, jungkook, v, and rm, known together as BTS! you can take one look at my guests and know they are cool on the surface, but we are going to test their steely nerves in a game we call 'flinch.'"

the group smiled at james as he explained the directions. sun giggled as she saw the big cutout of james' face that was going to be shooting out fruit towards the groups. she struggled to pay attention to the directions, but she had already been walked through it, and standing in between jimin and jungkook was very distracting. 

"first up we've got jin and jhope." the rest of the group watched as the hobi and jin danced their way over to stand behind the plastic shield to get the various fruits thrown at them. 

"i got to say james they're like the heroes, so you got to expect a reaction," namjoon spoke up first. "oh so you think that they would be cool or you think that they-" 

sun smirked and said, "they're the most cowards." the rest of the group laughed and nodded along with her, until jin spoke up,

"come on, come on, i'm not afraid you know!"

the audience and everyone on stage laughed at jin's outburst as he pointed his fingers back and forth at james. but as if to test jin's confidence, james set off the cannon right after and the fruit went flying right towards hobi and jin's faces, splattering onto the plastic. sun grabbed jimin's arms to stay standing, as she was laughing so hard from seeing her oppa's reactions. jin's arms went flailing everywhere and jhope dramatically jumped back landing right on his butt. 

they all watched the replay, once again laughing at the huge flinch from the two older members. 

"that was amazing! i think that's the best flinch we've ever had!" james said as he reloaded the fruit cannon.

"ok next up. jungkook and v it is now your time!" they calmly walked up behind the plastic wall, standing on the x, clearly trying to look as confident as they could. 

james asked the group how they think jungkook and v would do, and the group all nodded together, assuming that they wouldn't flinch very hard.

v then got bold, and shouted out "i'll keep my eyes open" and sun's eyes widened at his bold comment, before laughing at the funny wide-eyed face that jungkook was putting on. 

james gestured to the pair, "i don't know if you're being really strong or if you're absolutely terrified."

the group watched as the fruit went flying towards jungkook and tae. jungkook moved back slightly as he put up his ok symbol but to everyone's surprise, taehyung didn't flinch at all. he didn't even blink his eyes! 

everyone cheered on the pair as they cooly danced their way back to the rest of the group to watch the replay, where they once again were shocked that v didn't even move at all! sun gave v a quick side hug when they rejoined the group, as james shouted to the crowds about how cool taehyung was for not flinching. 

next up was jimin, sun, suga, and namjoon, who walked up to the plastic shield hoping to act as confident as possible as sun-hi led the way and danced a little bit, fist-pumping her way over to the target area.

"ok so let's spice things up here, and we're going to put four members over there now!" james smiled mischievously as the group made their way across the stage.

"sir, james! this is the first time for four people right?" namjoon questioned. james faced the in-studio crowd and laughed as he said, "the is the first time four people have ever played flinch at one time!" sun muttered an 'oh great' under her breath, making jimin and suga giggle.

james asked the group if they thought they could keep their cool, and of course jimin yelled out,

"hey corden! don't worry, i'm not afraid!"

james then teased the group, asking them to pull the coolest pose they possibly could, right before shooting the fruit at them. the four of them all jumped back, jimin grabbing sun's arm out of shock. 

they all walked back over to james to watch the replay! with sun nudging jimin's side, teasing him when she saw how he grabbed her when he got scared. jimin looked down and smiled at her, wrapping his arm around her shoulder, but then quickly looking away and back at james, remembering that they were on live tv.

james' voice quickly brought sun back to reality, as he shouted declaring taehyung and jungkook the winners of flinch. 

"ladies and gentlemen, a big thanks to these brave souls. we'll be right back with more from BTS!"
