(2) santa claus is coming to town

Jimin quietly took his two children's hands and lead them down the stairs, carefully creeping along each polished wooden step as they all watched Santa continue to empty out his bag and Jimin was trying his best to contain his laughter because it was Jungkook and he was just so damn dreamy even in the Santa Claus outfit.

Jimin was holding back the urge to run over to his husband and kiss him passionately, but he needed to keep up the charades, not wanting to spoil the fun he and Jungkook had planned for their two children.

Minju and Junseo were completely unaware of the impossible happening before them, they were truly fooled and very excited.

"Ho, ho, ho, I feel three pairs of pretty little eyes watching me." Jungkook said in his best impersonation of the jolly man that delivered gifts to many children around the world. Minju and Junseo paused at the bottom of the steps, they were squealing and gripping onto their pajamas while they eyes gazed over at Santa's back.

Jungkook had then turned around in his stompy black boots that were covered with snow and showing off his long white bread that blocked out half of his face features which was great because he was smiling happily at the beautiful three people standing before him and he knew that the two children would instantly recognized him if they looked closely enough.

"I'm so sorry Santa, I know they are supposed to be asleep but we were in the middle of reading a bedtime story when we heard you. Were you coming down the chimney?" Jimin questioned with a big smile on his face loving how Jungkook had to stuff a new pillows into his shirt just to make himself seem large and bulky like the typical Santa character was in the stories.

"Are you okay Santa? Did you get a booboo? I have some paw patrol band-aids if you need them, it'll help you feel better." Junseo exclaimed with a worried expression but Santa shook his head and stepped forward.

Jungkook made his way towards the two small children and knelt down in front of them, he took his gloved hands outs and they set theirs on top of it.

"Thank you Junseo but I assure you that I am fine. There is nothing that can hurt Santa, not even the harsh blizzards of the north pole, Rudolph's antlers when he accidently pokes me in the face or Mrs Claus meaning telling me to stop eating so many Christmas cookies." Jungkook chuckled, laughing from his pillow filled belly and throwing in some "ho, ho, hos." To really sell his acting.

"Santa, I can't believe you are really here! This is so cool! I have a few classmates that said you weren't real, and when I told them that you were they made fun of me." Minju's voice was joyous at first, her eyes were sparkling but as she explained something that happened at school before their winter break her voice started to crack and her eyes were sullen.

There were tears rolling down the little girls face now and Jungkook nearly got out of character wanting to console her, she was his everything and seeing her like this broke his heart.

"Don't mind the nonbelievers Minju, because I am here and I have many gifts for you for being such a good person." Jungkook said and his daughter was smiling again.

This was the main reason why Jungkook was doing, for her, to see his lovely daughter happy and to see her glowing. Minju was very sensitive, her feelings were fragile and everything made her emotional and Jungkook wished he could protect her from the world, keep her in a bubble forever, away from harsh comments that were basically telling her to grow up and get her head out of the clouds.

"Don't cry, all the good little girls and boys that believe in me, that behave in school and follow rules their parents give them get extra gifts and you should be proud of yourself for standing up to them. No one should be making you feel silly for believing in me, and for being the sweet and quiet girl you are. Jeon Minju, you are perfect the way you are, and your fathers love you very much." Santa declared.

Jimin was standing behind his two children and he was melting, wiping at the tears falling from his at his husbands heartfelt speech. Jungkook was just getting more handsome by the minute and Jimin was anxious to have the children go to bed so that they could have their fun, but right now was not the time to think about that. Jimin stroked his two children's hair as they smiled brightly at Santa.

"You too Jeon Junseo, you have been such a good little boy. From helping your father when it comes to cleaning up your toys, and being respectful towards adults. You both are the best children I've ever seen in my whole life." Santa told Minju and Sunjeo who were gripping his hand tightly and bursting with joy, small bodies exhilarated and feeling faint from how amazing this moment was.

Jungkook stood up and moved over towards the tree and urged the children to follow after them, their little feet were trailing behind gasping at the assortment of presents that Santa was telling them was all for them.

There were plenty under the Christmas tree already, some from their grandparents and some from family friends but the ones that Santa delivered to them personally were all that caught there attention.

"Now, you can't open them just yet, you have to wait until your parents tell you it's okay, understand little ones?" Santa questioned the two who were nodding eagerly at him and stepping away from the presents, their little fingers itching to tear the pretty wrapping paper apart and see what wonderful gifts were hiding underneath.

"And that won't be until tomorrow morning because you two need to get to bed now. It's getting late and Santa needs to go, he needs to keep delivering gifts to other well behaved children around the world." Jimin stated getting Minju and Junseo to pout.

Their lower lips were trembling at the thought of having to depart from Santa and they were sure that sleep right now would feel like eternity. Minju listened though, she stepped forward and wrapped her arms around the Santa, she was starting to feel sleepy already, her mind was so excited minutes that her body was requesting rest.

Jungkook hugged her back with one arm and opened the other up for Junseo to come into them, he squeezed them both tightly and heard them say, "Thank you Santa for visiting us and bringing us presents." and it warmed his heart.

The two children parted from Santa and gave him a little wave with one hand while their other rubbed at their sleepy eyes, and it was clear to Jungkook that his job as a great parent was complete for the night.

"Goodbye Santa, have a safe flight on your sleigh, watch out for birds and airplanes, okay." Minju said getting Jungkook to chuckle and agree to her advice.

"Yeah goodnight Santa and can you please tell Rudolph I say hello, he's so cute!" Junseo whispered softly, content when Santa said he'd deliver the message to the red nose reindeer that was waiting for him patiently outside.

"Thank you again for this Santa. I'll just get these two in their beds and I'll be right back down here to get you your Christmas cookies and warm milk for your travels. Don't you leave just yet." Jimin decaled to Santa who was nodding and gulping at his lovely husband because his smirk was deadly and he had an idea of what that meant.
