as school days pass, every morning seemed to be the same yet your curiosity always gets higher every time. everyday having to wake up, get dressed and walk to school to see a carton of chocolate milk on your desk with a written note stuck on to it.

all the notes had really cheesy, cringy morning greetings or icky compliments. at this point you had to do something about it and so thats what you did.

you were the school's role model, the school's "pride" but it wasn't only you there was another. park jihoon, the school's idol and talent. you two weren't the best at getting along but it was always the same things being said about you guys. "imagine if they ever dated?" or "i ship them so much!" and so many others. you ignore it all the time but sometimes it just gets into your system and makes you think back to all the times you both "fought".

one morning you had walked to your desk to see no chocolate milk but just a note. surprisingly, it wasn't another "secret admirer" sort of note but it was very direct. it had written :

"go to the music room at lunch,
don't bring anyone with you or you are dead."

the initials instantly made you think it was definitely jihoon but at the same time, there are so many "parks"and names starting with "J", could've honestly been anyone but as it had already caught your eye you decided to go anyways.

~ after class ~

you finally found yourself outside of the music room but all you could hear was Mrs Kim scolding someone, probably a student you thought as you couldn't see clearly who exactly was inside. "oh y/n, are you going inside?", Mrs Kim asked as you nodded in response. "don't cause trouble inside there, he's already being too much...", "him"? a boy?

once the teacher had left you took a few deep breaths and went inside. you locked eyes with the only person inside, jihoon... "not surprised you just got in trouble... now, could you leave for a second? i have someone to meet up here-", you directly said while settling your stuff down. "woah, calm down- no need for the attitude and i'd hate to break it to you but i am the person you need to meet...".

a few minutes had past and you two had been getting along better than you thought. "so you're the chocolate milk delivery man?", you laughed. "correction, your PERSONAL chocolate delivery man...", he corrected as you rolled your eyes. "but jihoon- how do you know all the things i love?", you ask as you sip on chocolate milk. "don't know, maybe it's the interest i have of you...".

you had to process what he had just said before you started choking on the milk. INTEREST?!?! that was the least expected thing you thought he could ever say to you. "I- pfft- as if you actually like me though...", you tired to deny his words. "no y/n, i actually genuinely like you. i know i pretty much act like i hate you in public but it was sort of only to make us get closer. it wasn't the right way, I get it but it is what it is...", he confessed.

he reaches into his bag and pulls out another chocolate milk and hands it over. "i haven't left it on your desk this morning, so im giving it to you in person...", the chocolate milk was now in your hands.

you arrived home all bouncy and bright and the moment you got inside you got a text from someone.

you fell in love with him. the school's talent and your delivery man now your boyfriend...
