Zayn's POV :)

Finally!! Liam has been given the all clear to go home today, so I was busy making sure all his things were packed up and then I helped him get dressed. All we had to do now, was wait for the nurse to bring a wheelchair to take him down to the entrance.

We were both sitting on the bed, him between my legs as I held him in my arms. I can't believe how relaxed he has become with me over the last few weeks. Usually he would tense up and almost start hyperventilating. now, though, he just sat calm and relaxed, playing with my fingers.

We had spoken about a lot of things over the last few days while he had been stuck in the hospital. The main topic though, was his submissive training. He was more determined than ever to become my sub and I couldn't be any prouder of him than what I already was.

To me this boy was the epitome of strength and courage, even if he couldn't see it himself. He had been through such a horrific ordeal, yet he wasn't letting it get in his way. We both knew that he would struggle with certain aspects of the BDSM lifestyle, but I was also sure that we could work around those. Take gags for instance. He had a terrible experience with them, so we can just leave those out, or slowly work them in. It was entirely up to him.

As soon as he was fully healed, we were going to start up his training again and when I feel like he is ready, then we can start pushing boundaries and see how it all goes.

We had been sitting like this for a while already, each of us lost in our own thoughts, when Nurse Eliza came bustling into the room. This woman had been such a blessing in the past few days. She always managed to get a small smile out of Liam, no matter how down he was feeling. "Good morning Bunny. Ready to finally go home?" she asked Liam as she pushed the wheelchair to the bed. Liam's eyes lit up with happiness, "Yes Ma'am." he said happily.

"Well, don't just sit there like a lump, help the poor boy into this chair so he can finally go home." She scolded me and I just did as she told me. I lifted Liam's small body into my arms, and gently lowered him down into the chair. I straightened up and looked at the sweet woman who had taken such good care of my boy the past few days and smiled at her. "I wanted to thank you for everything you have done the last few days Eliza. You had gone out of your way to make Liam feel at ease and comfortable and for that, I can not thank you enough." I told her sincerely. Nurses really don't get enough credit for the hard work and shitty hours they put in. Everyone always praises the doctors, but the Nurses work just as hard, if not harder.

A light blush spread over Eliza's cheeks as she looked at me in shock. Then she seemed to gather herself and she scoffed, "Get out of here and you are pushing his chair, I'm far too old for that." Liam giggled from his chair and I just smiled at her gruff words, knowing she was hiding her embarrassment, which was confirmed by her next whispered words. "Damned idiot, making old ladies blush like that. Should be ashamed of himself." She carried on grumbling under her breath till we reached the elevators.

When we reached the ground floor, she walked with us to the doors. "You better take good care of my Bunny now, you hear. If I see him back here, I will shove an enema kit so far up your ass, not even an x-ray will be able to pick it up, do you understand me." She said and I gulped down my nerves. This woman might be small compared to me, but she made me feel like a scolded child, by the time she was done. "I will do everything in my power to make sure he stays safe Eliza, I promise you that."

She nodded her head in approval, then looked down at Liam. His cheeks were flushed from what she had just said to me, and I couldn't help chuckling at his cuteness. Eliza's eyes softened as she looked at him, "And you my dear boy, take care of yourself. I'm gonna miss seeing your sweet face, but I would rather not see it in a hospital room again. You are always welcome to come visit me though sweetheart." She told Liam, then handed him a piece of paper. When he opened it, I saw it was her phone number. Liam smiled at the piece of paper, before looking up at her. "Thank you so much. I will definitely come visit you." he said softly.

She smiled at him, "You better, young man." As she stood back, I leaned down to pick him up out of the chair. Harry was waiting just outside the entrance of the hospital, so I got into the back, with my sweet boy still in my arms. There was no way I was letting him go any time soon.

"Hey Liam, how are you feeling now?" Harry asked as he looked at us in the rearview mirror. Liam curled up on my lap with his face stuck into the side of my neck. "I-i'm feeling a-a lot b-better, M-master Harry." He stuttered out and I could feel the heat of his blush against my skin. Harry smiled at us, before starting the car. "That's good little one. You gave us all a really big scare, but at least you're feeling better now." Harry replied, then he started paying attention to his driving, leaving Liam and myself in our own private little bubble.

Within minutes he was fast asleep on my lap, letting out soft little snores that I found absolutely adorable. "Oh man, I wish I had my camera right now. The great Master Zayn, looking like a love-struck puppy" Harry chuckled from the front. I just gave him a 'seriously?' look and then went back to looking down at the sweet young man in my arms. His delicate features barely showing any of the struggles he has been through in life. The only indication that he was restless, was the slight frown between his eyebrows every few minutes.

I honestly can't believe how lucky I have been to meet this sweet boy. I squeeze him gently and he snuggled deeper into my body, making me turn to complete mush for him.

We got to my house and Harry drove right up to the entrance and got out. I got out the back with Liam in my arms, still sleeping and walked up the stairs to the door. Harry held them open for me and I walked straight in, going upstairs to my room. I lay him down on my bed, pulling the comforter up and covering him against the slight chill. I was just about to walk away, when I looked back down at him and I just couldn't resist the pull. I leaned down and gently kissed him on the forehead. "You're home now Little One, and I promise you, I will keep you safe, even if I have to give my life for yours." He didn't respond, but I could almost feel him relax, almost like he heard my words in his subconscious. I meant every word I said, I would give my life for him.

I thought back to what I had said to him that first night he was in hospital. I had told him I loved him, but I don't think he heard me, because he never mentioned it. But now was also not the time for that. The main concerns were to get Rodney behind bars, where he belonged and to help Liam get better. I love him with all my heart, but I will show him just how much I love him, but I wasn't going to put pressure on him by saying the words just yet. They can wait for now.

As I walked through the house to get back to Harry, I started thinking of the adjustments I needed to make now that Liam was living with me. First on the list though, I had to convert one of the rooms into a small study for him. So I started mentally going through the rooms to decide which one would be the best for that purpose.

I was so lost in thought, that I didn't even realise that I had made my way to the lounge already. "Hey man, is he still sleeping?" He asked, startling me out of my thoughts. "Yeah, I think the meds should help him get some sleep. Thanks for picking us up today, I really appreciate the help" I said. "No problem man. You would have done the same for me. Besides I wanted to see how he was as well. Louis has been driving me up the wall, wanting constant updates on Liam. Now I can just bring him here to visit tomorrow." His eyes softening at the thought of the little ball of energy.

I shook my head at him and smirked, "Who would have thought that Master Harry of all people was a Daddy." I said, chuckling to myself. It really was something that amazed me.

"And who would have thought the strict Master Zayn would turn to mush at the smallest peek from big, baby brown eyes" he smirked back.

We really were quite a pair. These boys came into our lives and turned everything upside down, yet we couldn't be happier. They brought a much needed spark back into our lives and hearts. As I said to my sleeping angel, he was home and this is where he will stay, till the day he no longer wants me, or till we die. Because I already knew, I would want him for the rest of my life.
